The two guys who turned up worked solidly from about 8:30 to about 4:30 (including the journey) with professionalism, good humour and immense ability to get all our stuff into the same van. First of all this review is base on my personal horrified experience on Tuesday 17th August 2021On Tuesday the day of my house move with completion of sale contract. I was very disappointed and distressed, the driver meant to arrive at 8am and Ive called the agent after 9am and was informed the driver havent arrived, he came at 11:38 am, however I was very professional and allowed him to explain himself.The driver came with a small transit van for a two bedroom house move contact the firm as she made an error, I was informed that the driver will not two two journeys, the driver was willingly assisting my son to dismantle as thats what Ive agreed on and the driver informed that he was advised to leave, I was devastated, my whole world was crumbling before eyes. I tried calling the company no answer but to get a shocking email that she have asked the drive to leave.The company refused to get a bigger vehicle as she made an error, I was treated like rubbish. I was left without a transport right in the midst of completion with no remorse.I will not recommend this company to the public. Read more

We received 3 quotes for removals which varied wildly. One quoted 890 and another estimated it would take a team of 3 , 5 hours and two trips (we were moving from a one bed flat, a mile down the road).FCCs team of 2 people completed the move in 3 hours and it cost a quarter of the price of the other quotes. I was badly let down by a company called Amazing Moves that just cancelled me the day before even though I had booked the move weeks beforehand. I found FCC Logistics and although they were really busy they said they could fit me in. One of their jobs overrun so they were later then planned but in the final analysis I got my sofa removed and it is now in storage thanks to FCC Logistics who had dismantled it and packed it up very professionally. The Phalanx Team at FCC Movers did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and took great care with all my items, which I was moving into storage. I'd packed them and taped them up, but they put on extra tape and packaging on some items to ensure they were secure. They even helped me move around other items of furniture into the newly-vacated room. At the storage facility, the room I was given was tiny but they still managed to fit everything in, and made sure to stack the items so that the heaviest were at the bottom. highly recommend FCC movers! They did a fantastic job on our move, very polite, hardworking and extremely efficient! I dona??t think they stopped working all day! We had a few unforeseen issues (our lift stopped working half way through the move and we were on the 3rd floor!!) and they didna??t bat an eye lid - carried on being friendly and told us not to stress about it. They took apart some furniture for us and when they reassembled it was actually sturdier and worked better than it did before!

The two men (both Florin) were really good at packing all our belongings in the van so we had only one trip. They were very professional and careful with caring everything (nothing got broken or damaged). Overall the value we got was really good and the priced payed very fair. Read more

Both movers have been absolutely wonderful and efficient! They work quick and are super careful with all your belongings - they wrapped and packed extra fragile items such as our glass desk and computers / screens (something wea??re not use to from experience using other moving companies). The guys were really nice and did a professional job. The only slight annoyance was that they didn't bring a big enough van so had to do two trips over two days. This wasn't an issue for me because I was back at the property the next day but could be a big problem for others. I would advise you make sure they have the right size van. Read more

My experience with FCC has been really good.
They were highly professional, having a busy schedule they adapted to me and did an excellent work. I had a very complicated moving as it was a third floor with no lift and narrow stairs.
Both men were extremely generous and helpful.
