This company is amazing. They are so cheerful, friendly, caring annd accommodating. I can fault them. If you tell them exactly what you need. They are ready for the challenge. I didnt pretend it was an easy move. Steep hill. Narrow stairs . Everything from garden had to be carried up to balcony, through flat and back down stairs. 120 mile journey. Two drop offs. All completed with smiles. ( even though due to an overturned lorry they got taken down a too narrow lane to get here. Thank you guys, you took the stress out of a very difficult day. They seemed excellent at first and loaded the van in good time. I was disappointed with how they unloaded the van though. Everything was seemingly dumped in the lounge on with everything top of each other. My husband is 77, has dementia and helped them load and unload but although everything was labelled it wasnt put in the right room. My husband gave them each a very good tip but I dont think he really understood the situation. We had to ask for help from our family to help us move things around so we could at least sit down. They also damaged our wooden bed. Read more

Absolutely horrific experience. Dumped items anywhere, any room no thought or care as to how their disabled clients were to move it. I.e Kitchen items in 3rd floor bedroom. Left half the bed behind in 1st run. Grossly underestimated their vans capacity so had to pay for 2 vans, even though they claimed it would all fit. We even did 2 runs before hiring them. A LOT of Damage caused to a vespa scooter, chips & deep scratches & broken backbox. Will need respray & mend. Broken exhaust too. Deep Scratches & damage to a beech sideboard, deep scratches to black chest of drawers x2. Picked up items then demand payment BEFORE delivery is complete. 2 houses full plus one business was criteria, lots. 2 xl lutons squished in, no care taken at all. They dump n run. Haphazard stacking items in new storage means storage at old address has been left behind so need to hire a van to collect. Ginger young lad sarcastic & rude. Sent photos & came to assess the stuff to move. Werent the cheapest by far but seemed to know the remit, clearly not!! They had too many jobs on for the time they had to do them in. If it dont fit that YOUR fault. Choose better!! Read more

Very nice guys very polite but not very caring about your property had a lot of items damaged contacted them and have been ignored plus was charged four hours when it was only 3

They were very professional, arrived on time. Delivered services, quick, handled house items carefully, customer services excellent , my experience faultless, respectful and responsible.
