Review:Excellent company. Booking in and arranging the move was easy. They kept in touch with us during the weeks leading up to the move. We had packing the day before the move. The team worked hard, checking with us all the time as to what was going with us and what was staying. On moving day they arrived early and worked hard to get everything in the 3 vans. At the other end they unloaded quickly and efficiently. The whole team was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Review:We paid for packaging and they are not really organised. They tried to unload the 2 vans quickly causing some damages inside the house, hitting walls and doors with the furnitures. In addition we had to bear a few of inappropriate comments. At the end of day, we have moved into new house, but it was not a happy experience, paying a bit high price.

Certainly no complaint was made by you to the company so that we could investigate and address any issues. You were sent our terms and conditions, it clearly states that any issues must be raised on the day of move or within 48 hours either by email or by phone call to the customer relations manager, we did not receive any complaint regarding any issues that you have raised within your review. Your comments are false and seen as an attempt to incorrectly rate a company that helped your move in every way including in the price. Your review is considered incorrect and unwarranted.Southampton

Review:The move went well but after they had left and we settled in the house our first night in our beds was not good the beds had been broken . And Ive been offered 50 good will gesture and was told the beds where in bed condition. Which is untrue as I brought them 5 months ago. Very disappointed that I paid extra for the reassemble service and they didnt reassemble the beds correctly and left the Allen screws threaded.
