    In the weeks before the move, Sunny came to see the property and assured us that everything would fit inside the van they had planned.
    However on the day Abi, our chief packer, quickly looked at everything and said that actually all our stuff would not fit into the van as planned and originally claimed.
    Therefore they had to come back in 2 days to collect the remaining things, at the extra expense to ourselves of £600, to which we were not very pleased.
    Nonetheless Abi was great, he was efficient, knew his job well and was very helpful. He understood our position, was very professional and tried his best to help with the unfortunate situation. His two helpers were not quite as experienced as Abi, so needed Abi's supervision.
    In summary, all our items arrived intact at the destination and were carefully packed. However it took an extra two days longer than we had planned due to them bringing a too small van and it cost us a lot of extra money. If using these movers I would recommend you check carefully with them about the van size required during the initial survey.

    Zero rating. Disaster from the start. Mis-quoted the price, broke my tv and denied it. Currently they trying to get out of dealing with this. Do not use them

    This job was taken with Great removals ltd. We did our best. About the misquote, we sent a surveyor for survey. She showed all the items need to be moved and he took all the items picture, but most item was told to our surveyor that these items are not going which our surveyor did not take the picture. On the day of job our crew tried their best to fit the items in the van but the items that she mentioned before is not going, and after she change her mind to take the item, which was not possible to fit in the same van but the crew did try their best and they fit half the items which supposed not to be going. Then she asked for another van for which she was charged only fuel and worker cost. About the TV, as I explained before that our surveyor took the picture of the item that needed to be moved. The next day she call that she was not happy with service for which we offer a compensation and after payment she claimed that her TV is broken. We confirmed from the crew on the day and they said that the TV was perfect and handed over to her, but she said they are lying. Then we asked her to send us a picture, when she sent the picture and we checked the TV in our record the TV was different from the TV which needed to be moved. When we told her, that in our record the TV need to be moved is different, then she said pay for the TV or i am going to court. Please note all the packing was done by client.
