Review:The service I have received is terrible I moved a week ago and still trying to get the remaining items that was left at my old property collected and delivered. After many promises of it being collected I am still waiting. On the day of removal they were so slow arriving a at 8 am and still packing at 5pm, did not care I no longer owned property and new owner was moving in. Very rude to me and when I questioned about fitting it all in despite having it surveyed prior to quote and booking they didn't care and more or less said not thirst problem. No apology that was meant .. the stress and frustration is still ongoing. They are no longer answering my calls or emails.

Hello Ms Meaden, Thanks for getting in touch with us. We appreciate your concern about the delivery of your remaining items, however, I can assure you that our surveyor has not taken those item in consideration as they were not mentioned as moving items in the original inventory list. In this situation you have chosen a very busy time to have your remaining items redelivered so this is not suitable for us to do right now. Our Move Manager Andrew has promised you on multiple occasions that your items will be redelivered and also apologized sincerely about the inconvenience, however, it seems that you don't want to take that into consideration. The job started at 8AM in the morning which is company standard and lasted longer due to the Eunice storm happening, this along with the fact the smell from your property that made our workers unable to breathe. Although they had masks on they had to take regular breaks so that they could have a fresh breath of air in order to carry on loading your items and complete the job. We would like to wish you good luck with retrieving your none listed items you're chasing and congratulations on your new place. All the best !St-Albans
