    Despite the short notice we gave for our move to Mallorca, iMove's quote was one of the lowest and the volume estimate was spot on; the only additional charge was for insurance. The collection crew worked a solid nine hours to pack and load our possessions, they were polite and friendly through the whole day too. The delivery was scheduled for for just over a week later, much quicker than we had anticipated and the only thing we were asked to arrange was a reserved parking space; they even sent someone to check the street ahead of time to make sure that there was room for the truck. On the day of delivery the team arrived exactly on time and had arranged for a smaller van to shuttle our things from the bigger vehicle that they parked up about twenty minutes away from our little village. Again they were quick, friendly and delivered everything intact. Unquestionably good value for money and a friendly, helpful service; if anyone ever asks I will recommend iMove without hesitation

    We were not too impressed with their service, lack of communication, wrong information etc.

    We were given a very specific list of items to be moved 20 boxes tv, tv stand 2 chests of draws – Total 24 items and estimated at 4.2 cubic meters.<br>On collection day we collected 108 items with a volume of 10.6 cubic meters. We did not have enough room on the vehicle and had to collect the balance of the goods the next day.<br>We agreed a delivery day of the 11th February. We telephoned and e mailed to advise we would be there on the 10th ready for delivery on the 11th as agreed. The truck arrived early on the 9th the driver called on the 9th to say we are all ready for delivery on the 11th. Mr Dare got upset as he was not arriving until the 11th we knew that we were just updating him to advise we were all ready for the delivery on the Monday 11th. We were advised good access for an 18 meter truck, however when the crews arrived it was quickly established that access was an issue and that delivery could not take place with the 18t truck.<br>Delivery was made on Thursday 14th using a small shuttle vehicle which we had available on the Thursday. It was too late Saturday when we established the access issue to make provision for a small vehicle any sooner. Shuttle service was provided free the van was already booked for other shuttle deliveries.<br>Mr Dare complained about the over volume charge from 4.2 cubic meters based on a very specific list to 10.6 cubic meters.<br>We feel we did very well under the circumstances, we dealt with and collected the very next day the unexpected over – volume items. Got to the delivery in Spain a couple of days early and telephone to give Mr Dare the good news we were all ready for the delivery A.M. Monday 11th. Provided a small shuttle van for delivery to residence FOC albeit a few days later than planned. If we had been advised access was impossible for a 18t truck this would have been arranged for the delivery on the 11th.
