    Wrap delicate furniture pieces properly and advise them about it. If chunky furniture, try removing feet to help them taking the furniture out of the house. Expect some marks, scruffs and dirt if things are not wrapped or if not warned them about "not removable" parts.

    Thank you for your feedback.Your items were not damaged, marked or scuffed in any way.There was small plastic sofa foot which our team turned or twisted and it fell off, we did offer to replace it, however A?20.00 had been deducted off the balance.Your furniture was wrapped and covered in blankets. Your partner had no issues with our team as he was very pleased with our service.Our staff even helped him move stuff out of the garage so that the new furniture could be placed.

    The guys that came on moving day were ace, they worked really hard. I was surprised that they didn't have equipment to help with moving such as a trolley to move washing machine etc and the truck did not lower to assist with getting items in. So it is really 3 men with a truck but the job got done and they worked really hard.

    We were quoted A?1800.00 & ending up paying A?2700.00. Due to change of move date which is disgusting would never recommend them.

    Hi Mr ChamberlainYou signed an acceptance form to accept the T&Cs, which clearly state any date change within 5 days there will be cancellation/rearrangement charges up to 60 percent.You notified us 2 days prior to moving to confirm change of date.If you were unhappy in paying cancellation/ rearrangement charges then why did you not take out the optional A?100 cancellation / rearrangement waiver.All the details were sent to you, in future I would advise that you read the forms properly and then sign them
