Review:The lead mover was nice but the service we received from J J Removals was really poor.They didnt book enough time for our move on the day we agreed (which included disassembly and reassembly of a few items) so when they arrived the night before to do some disassembly they ended up asking us to move half our stuff, which was obviously not something wed planned for. Then, minutes before departing on our moving day, said theyd be reassembling the items the following day.A number of our items were damaged, including a shelving unit with an 18 inch scratch and a fist-sized hole in the netting in the bottom of my couch... Nothing was wrapped during the move, not even the mattress.. A number of scratches on the walls on our staircases, at both houses..They offered us 50 off the price for the trouble but the damages we incurred are far beyond that.Based on our experience.
