Very good customer service but slight loss of communication in hand over from one agent to another about what we'd requested.Only complaint would be the advertised and paid for 'unpacking service' didn't actually seem to result in unpacking. We assumed that 'unpacking' meant 'unpacking the boxes', not 'unpacking the vans'. Without paying for 'unpacking', would the 2 vans full of boxes have just been parked outside the new property until myself, my wife, and our 8 month old baby carried them all inside? Read more

Link removals were stellar! I've had a lot of bad moving experiences before, and I often thought paying more money doesn't necessarily = better when it comes to moving companies, as I said, I've had bad experiences.However, Link was incredible, glad I paid the extra (it wasn't even that much more than the others, just a tiny bit more) as it was well worth it. They showed up when they said they would, they got everything in, anything that wasn't secure or covered they secured it to make sure it was all safe and won't break. I found a range of removal companies, and submitted a request. The companies contacted me with quotes ranging from 120-400. Links took the quantity of my possessions a d short distance required for the journey unto account, as well as my limited availability due to work commitments to provide a reasonable quote and flexibility. Professional, personable, reliable and good value

We had cheaper quotes but went with Links removals because of the good reviews - so glad we did! Whole process was brilliant from beginning to end, even when we had forgotten to pay on time as things got very fraught with our sale, they worked with us to resolve it and keep the move on track. The team on the day could not have been more effective. They were really friendly, they worked fast, kept us informed throughout the day and were extremely helpful when we needed it. I slipped a disc the day before our move and so I didn't have full mobility but they could not have been more patient and understanding and went well above and beyond to support me through the day.I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but if I do then I would 100% use Links again. I can't recommend then enough. We paid for packing and had alot of stuff - they were great. Everything was packed methodically and there were no brakages. Everything they pack with is recycled - all paper and card (no polystyrene or bubble wrap - so much better for the environment). The guys were really friendly and kept us updated thoughout the day so we knew what time we were keeping.

They gave us minimal stress and unloaded all the boxes on arrival into each seperate room - making our job much easier. Anything dismantled was put back together. Really super job and although they were one man down they worked relentlessly to get the job done in time and to a good quality.

Fantastic service from start to finish, our moving date changed multiple times over the course of a few months and Tiphanie was quick to respond every time with availability.

Links also provided as many boxes and packing materials as we required on the same day we requested them, with no bother.

On the day the guys were fantastic, they packed up quickly and carefully and were waiting to do the same at our new property when we arrived, with everything taken safely to the right room with no damage.

Links Removals provided a fantastic service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After doing a lot of research, they were the most reasonably priced, with customer service representatives who were thorough and attentive without being pushy.
On the day, the team were incredibly helpful and efficient, taking a lot of stress out of the move for us. Our kitchen items were packed perfectly.

Tiphanie and the team were so professional and removed all stress from the move. In the build up to the move we had to change the date three times and each time Tiphanie was so nice and rearranged with no problem.
In addition to this, Tiphanie came to our flat beforehand to assess what needed moving and what the access was like. This was really important for us as we knew access to our flat wasna??t easy so we wanted to make sure there were no surprises in cost due to this.
On the day, we had a great team move all of our things and they were very efficient. They were also lovely people and extremely considerate of our home and possessions. I would highly recommend using Links and will definitely be using them again next time we move! Read more

They were brilliant. It was a challenging couple of days and they made everything run as smoothly as possible with lots of laughs inbetween.

I was a little hesitant at first, but Tiphanie put me at ease and answered all my questions. The three men that showed up were amazing and genuinely lovely people!!! When we got to our new home, a few things didn't fit through the door, but it was no problem for them, equipped with tools, we took legs off sofas etc... and they were very careful. The man who stacked all the furniture and boxes in the van must be some sort of rain man, I've never seen anything like it done to precision so nothing fell over during the transport. From start to finish this company were excellent to deal with. The initial survey was friendly and accurate with no attempts at over estimating that we found with other companies who quoted. Our move manager, Tiphanie, led us through the process and, due to complications with the conveyancing, was extremely flexible and arranged contingency options for us if the move has failed to complete on the day - no mean feat for a cross country move the week before Christmas! No question was too silly and Tiphanie really helped set our minds at ease while making such a big move with young kids. The guys on the day were great, professional and efficient. They took minor delays in good humour even at the end of a very long day.
