Review:They were very clumsy and broke a number of antique items. Items were packed any old way, frequently not protected. One of their drivers smashed a neighbour's wall with a removal vehicle - it turned out that the vehicle was not owned by the removal company, the driver was not employed by the company and he was not insured to drive the vehicle.The Company did not answer any of our calls afterwards.A thoroughly unacceptable experience.

Review:When Mr Zain came to survey my house and give a quote, he made me believe that they had fleet of lorries that will take all the contents of my house and promised, hea??ll be present on that date.
On the day of the removal, instead of the lorries promised, four vans turned up. I called Zain couple of times to query the change of transportation and he never picked up his phone neither did he show up.
What transpired with the van drivers is that he takes on these Contracts and hires them out to different van contractors. The contractors did the best they could, considering that, they didna??t know how much contents were in the house. They damaged my American fridge/freezer, which I emailed Mrs Zain a picture of the damage and still have got a reply or an apology. They also, put all the clearly freezer marked boxes in either the garage or shed instead of the kitchen and I had to throw away all the frozen food.
London Best Removal are only best used for flats or one bedroom houses. Do not use them if you have larger houses. They dona??t reply to emails once theya??ve got your money, or should anything go wrong.London South West

Review:Our move was a tricky one with a difficult parking situation, lots of stairs to deal with and LOTS of stuff to pack! The team seemed unfazed by it all, and were very flexible and relaxed about all of the questions and last minute stresses. Ia??d highly recommend!
