Review:Moving day was a nightmare as we didnt get our keys till 2.30. They packed and unloaded but didnt have time to assemble anything despite paying for this. They didnt line the stairs and caused mud up and down the house. Broke 2 wine glasses, a painting easel, a vase and the coffee table, bbq have scrapes and scuff marks. Overall not very professional at all. Would not recommend

We apologize for the inconvenience during your move. The key delay, beyond our control, caused miscommunication about timing. Despite being informed the keys would be ready in 10 minutes, the wait extended over two hours. The key waiver wasn't taken, and reluctance to cover waiting charges added to the issue. Our team, against their preference, unloaded outside due to the key delay, resulting in items getting wet. Furniture assembly you excluded to keep down removal costs that was explained to you. We aim to protect flooring, but any damage may have occurred during unloading in the rain. We're willing to address concerns with accompanying photos. One leg of child's painting easel was broken, and we're ready to compensate or replace it, no other damages reported/shared. Review:First class. From the lovely person taking my initial call to the experts who moved us on the day, I couldnt have had a better experience. As a first time mover, there was a lot of anxiety but they made me feel I was in good hands all throughout the process. They absolutely delivered !

Review:I found them very polite they didnt hang around they got on with the job loaded the van up with three piece suite that I needed moving at the other and my sister who was worried about having to help and he wouldnt of been able to put the furniture where she needed it to go And she was really happy with how it all went

Review:They were very organised during the booking and seemed affordable. The problem was on the day.I paid for 3 guys from the start and only 2 arrived. They were over booked and the guys who did come were complaining about being exhausted from working such long hours.The owner and another man eventually turned up but only late in the afternoon.We managed to do the move on the day but it was rushed and stressful.Our things were literally just chucked in boxes (we paid for packing) and they dented several of our bigger furniture pieces from being careless.I would not book them again.

An inevitable part of your moving task is the process of packing. We can provide a full or part packing service to alleviate some of the work. We will plan the packing ahead of the moving day. If it is just a partial pack you would like then we can offer to pack your fragile or delicate items. If of course, you would like to do the packing yourself then we will simply provide you with the appropriate packing materials.
Once we have transported your worldly goods to your new home, we can offer a full or partial unpacking service. We will also take all the packing materials away with us so you are not left lumbered with boxes and paper.
Storage
If you need to store some of your items before or after your move then we can help. Be it documents, furniture, books or anything you don’t immediately need, you can store them safely away in our safe and secure storage locations.
