Review:Firstly this is no reflection on the lads that turned up, they were great, but what a shocking experience i had and aweful customer service. Appualing communication, lied to repeatedly and left to feel unimportant and not worth their time. Ended up paying double the original quote, had to do half the work myself, didnt finish moving in until 3am and was just the worst experience i could have had. Wish i had used another company and wont ever be using this company again.

Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Firstly we had several guys off with covid but still managed to do your job - taking the guys who did turn up till 3am. Yes you did chip in and help with the removal, but was not asked too and the guys would have done it with or without your help. During these uncertain times unfortunately things do happen last minute and we arranged with you and your father in law all day to get the job done and as promised it was done. For a VERY good price might I add. This is the first negative review that has ever been left and is in no way a reflection of the company or service we provide. Thanks again
