Moove It

Moove it was a nightmare experience. We checked their website which looks good and talks about 'taking all the stress away' and yet I've honestly never been so stressed in my life.We booked a house clearance and was quoted 500 having given a clear description of what was required including number of rooms to be cleared up and down. Google said we should expect to pay 750 for a small/medium house in 2023, so we thought a good deal but in reality they'd quoted low on the phone to snatch the business.Even then, 8am on clearance day we expect to sit back and watch full team of professionals arrive and empty. Instead two lads turn up at 1pm with an under-sized Luton Van and flat tire, told us it would require 3 loads at 500 each, and they only had time to do 1 load today now after giving some story about why they were late.We had to be out and couldn't just cancel them, so ended up taking the following day whilst they made more excuses. It then ended up costing us three times the price they quoted and that was with us having to do most of the dismantling and doing ten tip runs ourselves due to their incompetence to get the house clear.
