Review:We agreed on £60 per hour, we ended up paying £240! They said they will not count the way on the road but they counted it. First they were late 45 minutes going and same when arriving they were late too.
While removing our stuff they took extra time just to increase the price, horrible company complete liars, better off using other companies don’t use any from here as they charge per hour.Response:
Dear Munira,We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our service.Firstly, your move was booked at £60 per hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours.Our movers arrived at approx. 10:40am on Sunday 5th July. As per our terms and conditions, we have a 2 hour time slot from when your job was originally booked which was at 10:00am as there can be delays out of our control.Our charging time started at 10:40 am until completion of move which was at 15:15pm. We have provided you with an extra 35 minutes of non chargeable time.Your total move took 4 hours and 35 minutes from start to completion and only 4 hours were charged hence the cost of £240.00.You did not stress any concerns/complaints when the remainder balance was collected at the end of the move but waited two weeks after your move.Furthermore, our movers have no incentive to work slower as we are a company not a Man & Van service, your allegations are completely absurd and only a way to defame our companies name.It is the clients responsibility to read the full terms & conditions as published on our website.
