I cannot rate them highly enough. Unbelievably efficient. Exactly on time even though there was thick fog on the journey to my home. They used two purpose built vans for my move which they explained are easier to park and manoeuvre than the old style fairground vans
The contents of my home where on the first van in two hours and the garden, workshop and motorcycle went on the second.
It’s without doubt the most stressful time of my life but it was made so much easier because they were so efficient as well as stopping for a chat now and again.

The three young guys were respectful (of me and my belongings), careful (avoided damaging items and premises), hardworking and genial. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They packed and moved a sizeable amount of belongings both to storage and to the new home in one day and where necessary disassembled and reassembled items. I was overall very pleased with the company's performance.
They took the stress outvof moving our goods have gone into storage but i know they are in safe hands.A very friendly and proffessional company

They were absolutely brilliant from the start. From our first quote, dropping of boxes to the moving day itself they were very professional. The lads were also brilliant on the day they took all the stress out of a very big move for us. Would defiantly use again.

This was a difficult move for us - my mother is disabled and can easily become distressed. Move-Synergy were excellent from start to finish - Roisin put my mother at ease during her visit before the move, and the two gentlemen who did the move for us dealt with my mother's nerves with cheerful and friendly patience. What could have been a very difficult day indeed for us was made as easy as possible, and I'm extremely grateful to everyone involved.

Exellent customer service for setup. Crew turned up promptly on both days, and were cheerful, helpful, and efficient for a large family move. No damage to furniture. Would use again.
Wasn’t the cheapest but wasn’t much in the other companies so reasonable price. Turned up on time and did all the dissemble and assembling quickly and was professional throughout.

Very satisfied with removal from old house to present property. Only thing was irritating asked for packing boxes several times so sourced ourselves until they eventually arrived. Would definitely use them again when we move from this rented property in 4 to 6 months time.
Was a smooth move overall. Move manager and moving men were very friendly and helpful. Did the job swiftly. No damage done to anything. Only one comment is that they did not move a few bits around the house which we had to do ourselves. But overall was a satisfactory move.
We were stressed as the moving date changed due to a problem with the bottom of the chain and worried that the removal company were losing money also having to pay up front before the house money is available adds to the stress but we can understand why this is done as some people do not pay for services given. On the whole quite satisfied and the removal men were helpful pleasant and worked hard.
Initial quotation and service was excellent. However, we didn't receive any boxes until 3 days prior to the move which made packing up an entire house in 3 days very stressful.
Support on the move day was excellent...they worked really hard.
However, when we asked for help to move an item of furniture after the move (which is part of the package) we initially received a reply giving us a day when they would arrive, this was then changed to the next day and then they didn't turn up, and stopped responding to messages. Two days annual leave wasted, waiting in for them to arrive. So, don't depend on this feature of the package.
The quotation side was well handled and ultimately the guys on the ground packing and then moving us on the day(s) were great however post move we had an issue regarding items that were taken away by Move Synergy in error and now 3 months later the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily and it seems Move Synergy have decided it is easier to ignore my contact regarding trying to resolve the issue than just deal with it which has perhaps left a disappointing aftertaste regarding the overall service, sadly

We undertook a complete packing service and as you say the guys on the day were very good.Accidentally we left 4 of your own removal blankets on the back of our vehicle, as they were identical to the ones that we have (over 50 on each vehicle) this was merely a mistake. We did drop 4 off and we covered them in a mattress bag and left them outside. However it appears that these were taken from your drive (by the garage). As you are aware there was and still is an awful lot of building going on in the street.In order to conclude the matter I have ordered you 4 brand new removal blankets (at a cost of £11) that will be delivered directly from the supplier to your home.I hope that this resolves the matter in hand and that you and your family are settling into your new home.Kind regardsGerald
We were asked to pay in full before the actual move. One of the staff members did not show up to remove our grand piano without giving any notice. We had to wait 2 additional days for them to finish the job, which is not acceptable. I had to email the manager to re-schedule. No compensation was offered. This is not how you are supposed to build trust and reputation with your customers.
The service we received prior to our move was great and Gerald and Roisin were both really helpful.
However, our moving day was a shambles. They were supposed to pack and load 70% the day before to allow us to get out on time but they only packed up the kitchen and disappeared after a couple of hours without loading anything. As a result on moving day we were supposed to be out by 1 but the vans didn't leave until 3.30 and they only got away then because we were helping to load/pack stuff. We have subsequently found out that they left quite a lot of stuff in the loft and didn't mention it which we have subsequently had to collect ourselves. When unpacking our boxes we found the packing of breakables to be poor and with insufficient packing material which caused quite a few breakages. In addition, lots of our contents were just put into the back of the lorry without being boxed so it is incredible there wasn't more damage. When they dismantled furniture the fixings weren't put with the right items making the reassembly problematic for a different team member. The team were all lovely and very happy to help but the service just wasn't what we expected. Sadly, I would not recommend.
They turned up with one Luton van driver and mate and a hire van with driver they threw most of my funiture on I had boxed all of my own items and they dropped boxses off the tail lift and smashed family photoes and frames . An occasional table and draws from a new bedroom chest was allowed to roll off . I have emailed my concernes but have had no reply . I do feel a bit guilty to complain because they where very polite and respectful .
Started off well with lots of bodies and good organisation but that slid over the two days into not enough man-power and a slap-dash approach to packing.
After the move their attitude and response to issues - damage and missing items - has been appalling.
Lots of damage which I told company about. They were supportive and asked for photos. Unfortunately I was unable to take these due to ill - health but the damage to one item was done prior to moving by a staff member who knew about it but disappeared before my arrival despite the item being clearly marked Fragile. Also, I was asked for payment before my goods would be unloaded which was precisely the reason I chose not to go with another company. I would not recommend them and my friends who were helping me were not happy. All in all, a big let down from a company who were not the cheapest either.
Omg well where done start. First of all they sent the wrong van so only half of my things got transported the rest put to storage and assured that they will send it on another van. Well 2 months later I'm still waiting cant get hold of anyone even though I know the messages have been read as iphones say when messages have been opened. My daughter then tried and someone answered the phone immediately. I cant get any reply or any knowledge about where my stuff is so am currently in the process of taking legal action.
Terrible,rude. They made a mess! They didn't put again together fornitures and I lost something!!!

Too many problems to list,. Damaged, broken and lost possessions. The most distressing loss was a large black suitcase containing a lifetime of family and friends photos and albums . Irreplaceable.
Insurance company have finally paid out today and we now hope to put it all behind us and enjoy our new home.
Our attempts to claim and get compensation have as yet (4 months on not been satisfactorily addressed.
Move not within an acceptable timescale. The most serious problem was that the move seriously overran the agreed and acceptable timescale. We completed at 1:00 on Thursday, the move was completed the following Tuesday.
Packing was appalling with stuff broken, house plants put in amongst other things upside down.
Items mixed in an unhealthy and unsatisfactory way: eg. food with cleaning products.
Boxes poor quality and overfilled.
Promises not met, eg. help to arrange boxes in the new house.
Boxes very poorly marked, we are still trying to find things.
I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we experienced.
This company should be avoided at all costs, what a nightmare. They arrived at 7.30 am three young Lads and there boss. We expected a large Removel van instead of the two small vans which they used to move our valued belongings. We had not long had new furniture which they loaded or should I say wedged into the van, this resulted in a lot of damage which we complained about while the van was still on our drive. From start to finish it took from 7.30 am until 8.30 pm for the ill-equipped and poorly trained young men, to complete the move. My husband joined in to help them or I'm sure it would have been hours later. We had paid for and expected a professional team to complete our move, which just didn't happen. Surely they must understand how stressful it is for the familys who put their trust in them?
Do not use this company! Despite taking the additional insurance when I informed them of some damages they just stopped responding to my emails or calls. The movers used on the day were also terrible and we’ve even found other peoples belongings in our garage.
I would not recommend this company. On moving day the van was not big enough so they crammed it to the doors and several items were damaged. Finally admitting defeat they fetched another van. One of the removal men said they would send someone to have a look at the damage. I am still waiting. Now I have finally unpacked everything a picture and a mirror are both damaged.

Dear Miss Hawkesworth, Thank you very much for your feedback and I have now investigated the matter in hand. 1.) the crew were loaded by 10am at your old property and then had to wait until 5:45pm to deliver your effects due to the fact that the people who were moving out of your new property had to multiple trips. 2.) This delay would have normally been subjected to key waiting charges of £50 per hour £400. However we had numerous jobs happening on that day in the area and rather than charge you extra as it was out of your control we utilised the crew for 7hours on other jobs. 3.) I note that you also undertook all of the packing of your own goods, and as your aware if we undertake the packing of pictures and mirror then this would have been done in a professional manner. Unfortunately if you have packed the items yourself then we can not check each box to make sure they are packed to our standard.I have tried to contact you directly however had no response in order to rectify this matter, can you please contact me and we will do our best to resolve the matter in hand.
Horrendous experience- 2 months later and we are still finding things broken. We had removal men walk off the job half way through; we had to drive, load and unload the van ourselves and didn’t get all of our furniture until 3 days later!
It took almost 2 months to get a refund. Beware- if you take out the extra insurance you must put down the value of your goods, otherwise they renege on that too! I would never recommend this company

It was a real busy time of year and even though it was short notice we should have never of taken on your move as we over booked our resources and had no substitute or release valve for the poor weather conditions. I have looked into the matter with the insurance and it is clear that you didn't actually take out the additional insurance option and this is why the insurance company only paid out on a limited liability basis. I must also clarify that we compensated you for the full amount of your relocation minus the VAT. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience to you and your family
