- two wardrobes damaged, only discovered by myself later and not mentioned at the time by your operatives- the time it took to undertake the move was excessive given it was done in a single trip and this meant I didnt have time to do other tasks I had planned for the afternoon- operatives took the best part of two hours to have lunch and drive from old to new house (takes no more than half an hour)- operatives took smoke breaks at least every hour and left cigarette butts on both driveways- operatives left a toilet unflushed and constantly left the toilet seat up- one operative in particular was extremely rude and insinuated that my house mate was being lazy/should be helping them Read more

We recently used this company to move from Gloucester to Devon. The initial enquiry over video link was in depth and the quote was given quickly and was very reasonable. The guys turned up on time on the Saturday and we had them pack our belongings which they did in 4 hours and to a very high standard! This was done very professionally as noted when we unpacked our stuff. The guys were very friendly, professional and efficient. Chris, in particular is an all round lovely guy who takes pride in what he does. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for very reasonably priced removals and very approachable and efficient guys. We were really impressed. An excellent moving experience. The team were prompt, professional, careful and quick! There were some challenging things to move and some awkward stairs to manage but the team did great in evaluating what was and wasn't possible and we always felt well informed and in control over any decisions.

To be fair the men turned up early and were pleasant . However there has been damage to a wardrobe and to the hall wall in my new house, which is going to cost me A?300 to repair. They only completed half the move. Half way through the day they decided to tell me that they were not going to go back to my old property for the rest of my things. They battered the walls in my new house and didn't cover my new carpets properly. Many things were damaged including furniture. When I tried to call the manager he refused to answer his phone. Disappointing and very shocking level of service. Would not recommend to a single person no matter how desperate. Read more

My moving day was stress free and guys were friendly and got the job done quickly. The only concern was they were an hour later than the time we had been told to expect them.

Moving Solutions were very competitive and efficient. The came on the arranged day and very effectively performed the removal, including the difficult work of carrying a large settee and the long flat-pack wardrobe panels up to the 4th floor (they were already told these would not fit into lift before quoting). The staff were friendly and courteous. The only surprise is that the company insists on full payment before the job starts. But that I suppose is a reflection not on them, but on some of the customers! Read more
