Absolutely brilliant!
Customer service was excellent and the team on the day were brilliant.
They did everything they could to help us both before and on the day- including replacing an accidental breakage of a bottle of drink!
We originally chose another company, purely on cost, and regretted it immediately and went straight back to Mullaney and wished we had from the start.

What started off as good communications and service, unfortunately did not continue. Booked a prepack service, and at first was told that the prepack and move (300miles) and off load, for a 4 bed house would be done in one day, after questioning this the prepack was arranged for the day before. Due to the distance of the move, we left prior due to our 18 month old. Unbeknown to us that some of our belongings would be left behind as they had underestimated the volume. On arrival it became apparent that even though some consideration was given to loading no items had been protected, thus causing damage to multiple items of furniture, with deep scratches and dents. On opening boxes it was very much apparent that some of our items had just been thrown in with no regard at all. Rugs had not been rolled up but folded in a mishmash way. Someone must have been looking down as no glass got broken, which was a miracle. Despite being told the reminder of our belongings would be down the next day, it was 3 days later before they arrived, which put us in breach of contract with the property we had just sold. Verdict? No bubble wrap used for furniture or TVs. They were wrapped in cling film and thrown on the van. They cannot dismantle and rebuild furniture so shouldna??t offer the service. Wea??ve lost a A?850 wardrobe that was 2 years old. It had been built from new in the room they dismantled it. They literally tore the whole thing apart. We had a professional come to look at it after Mullaney couldna??t put it back together. Wea??ve been told theya??ve done that much damage it cana??t be salvaged as it too unsafe to put back together. A comment received from Mullaney was some things go back together, some things dona??t.
