Apologies you feel this way Mr Yow in response to your email the team followed the correct procedure and you was asked to check the house and vehicles when we left the collection property and arrived at the delivery address that everything was loaded and unloaded, You did not follow the correct procedure in order to make a claim for insurance and seemed more interested in being compensated privatley, We follow our guidelines at a very professional manner. Disappointed that you give us 2 stars for price when the NHS selected us for your removal out of 7 other quotations.Chelmsford
