Review:The movers themselves were good, but the management was unclear about offers and extremely defensive when I flagged potential damage to an appliance. I ended up paying more because of their lack of communication and inflexibility, so a mixed experience overall.

Thank you for your feedback.In regards to the cash discount, which you wanted to use while paying via bank transfer, here is the message about the cash discount that was emailed to you before you decided to book our services:"To use the cash discounted price, we would ask you to pay around 30% of the cash price electronically (transfer or card payment) as a deposit and the remaining balance has to be paid in cash at the end of the removal day."Regarding the claim for the damaged washing machine water pump, we arranged the expertise on this and proposed, that we will cover the cost of the engineer callout together with the cost of the repair if it will be decided that we damaged the pump, you will pay if it will be decided that we didn't damage it or we will pay 50% if the outcome will be "it could happen during the move". We do not agree with this being an extremely defensive approach to the matter. In My Safe Removals we pride ourselves for taking full responsibility for any damage that was clearly done during the removal. While serving around 700 removals every year, we receive few claims per year and we always refund them in a very fair way.London North
