Review:Terrible service!
Quote almost doubled from original online price.
Team arrived 1.5 hours late on move day.
Some lazy staff unwilling to collapse furniture despite requesting dismantling and reassembling service.
1 box (including very valuable & personal items) went on the lorry but did not appear the other end! No attempt made to recover this box or investigate its whereabouts.

Review:They provided a basic, thorough service.
They were very keen to chase me to get my booking, but after that I had to chase them for confirmation.
The guys who turned up were not in uniform, nor was their van branded. I was very reluctant to give them my goods, which went into storage for a night until they could travel. The office was closed at this time so I could not get confirmation.
They wanted to come one day earlier than agreed and I felt pressured to agree with them. As it was, they didn't turn up until 2 hours after they said they would, so we were loading til 10PM. Exhausting.
I don't think the company had factored in the distance I had to drive, and assumed that I would be driving hell for leather, rather than taking a night's break. Again, this led to me feeling pressured to arrive asap and rush my journey.
I had asked for reassembly; the movers said they were not allowed to do this as the furniture was ready disassembled.
