Very professional turned up a little but late he had a long way to travel but got the job done no complaints whatsoever
The removers did a very good job (with the exception of 1 breakage and almost another one), however, the customer service and management is very poor. On the day of the move, the removers kept delaying the time they'd be coming 3 times and finally arrived 4 hours later than expected. There was also 1 extra person than requested and confirmed. My assumption was that the extra person came to help as they were so late.The amount payable was almost double than that of the estimate as they quoted after hours service (caused by their being late for 4 hours), extra items being added (not the case as quite a quoted few items were not collected), and for the third person.Instead of calling at any point during the moving day to confirm the the doubled payment amount, the removers just stopped unloading until the amount was paid. At almost 21:00 at night, dead tired, and the removers being tired as well, I went ahead to pay opting for the safety of my items.It has been almost two weeks since my initial email to Billy regarding this overcharge and no response has been given as to what will be done about it. Pin them to their quoted price right there and then.
