Review:This company was great, am so glad we chose them. They were early on day 1, and worked really hard to load the vans. Day 2 hit a glitch in that 1 of the 3 vans broke down and needed to be recovered, but they moved everything into 2 smaller vans, got another driver & still had everything done by 4pm (a brilliant achievement considering it was a 160 mile move).

Review:Rick was friendly and efficient from the start. On moving day Nick, Matt and Leroy arrived early and were finished packing far quicker than we had expected. The move was 360 miles away so we were moved in the next day. Once again they were extremely fast. And to top it all off not a thing was broken.I can highly recommend Now Were Moving, especially since they cost half of some other quotes.What a great team.

Review:Great work from the guys, got cracking at 8am and done by 2pm. No damage even with 2 full Luton vans. Friendly and helpful team. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for mostly.

Review:Excellent work by Nick and Jason for both moves, punctual, friendly and efficient. Went over and beyond to pack everything into a van which was a little too small, leaving their own equipment behind to collect later to make room. Only small criticism would be the before move service when we would have liked confirmation of payments and arrival time.

Review:They did a video survey of our belongings and promised we wouldna??t get a higher bill on the day if they calculated wrong. We ended up paying nearly A?200 extra because once they had our furniture in storage they said there was a lot more than expected and they would have to pay more storage and an extra man to do the 2nd part of the move! They lost a extending ladder with stabiliser and refused to take any responsibility, they tried to fob us off with a single ladder with a stabliser!! There was also damage to some of our furniture, scratches and dents. I wouldna??t recommend them or ever use them again!

We did the video survey and calculated the volume as we always do on every quote. It always comes out correct. On the day of the move, at least an entire van load of extra items came from the attic that wasnt disclosed at the time of the video survey. We had to use an extra vehicle and extra man on the return move out of storage. We had to use a larger storage unit as we based it on the volume before all of the attic items came to light. Regarding the ladder, we put the ladder into the only indoor storage into that it would fit into. The ladder we got from the house was, exactly the ladder we delivered back, and we have the storage manager as a witness to that. On the day, the ladder was on the floor out the back of the property.... almost forgotten! I know this as it was one of the last items we put onto the van. We have 3 staff members and a storage manager that can verify that the ladder put into storage was the ladder we delivered back to you. Its impossible to get it mixed up as it was in a large u to with the rest of the garden items led down in the floor against the side wall. There was NO damage to anything, I even received a phone call from Mr Hermon saying theres no problem or anything the lads did a good job, and that he wanted to know where his ladder was as he thought the ladder delivered wasnt his. But it was the only ladder out into storage that week and a week later taken out. So, in short, if you fail to disclose extra items the. You will be inevitably be charged extra when we have to supply extra staff and vehicles. Also, you werent charged extra on the day. I emailed you the day of the first move letting you know about the extra man required and I told you on the day of the first move that you will require a larger unit, which you agreed to. I have all emails and. Bank statements to back all of this up, even text conversations with the storage manager.Bath
