    Preparation for move was very good. We had to find a company at short notice and the company spent Sunday afternoon helping us figure out which vehicle would fit our needs. Communication up until and on moving day was very good. Collection of goods was done very well. Everything was packed in the van carefully. Unfortunately goods were moved into another van without us knowing about it and this caused some damage to boxes and items. (subcontractor?) 1 TV got badly damaged but we did come to an agreement and we were adequately reimbursed for it. Issue was solved within a week.

    Absolutely brilliant, had a short notice move to arrange. They duly helped arrange and carry out the move. Fast and efficient, I opted for them to pack as well, everything turned up as it left. Would I use them again or recommend? Yes, 100% I would.

    Not good send inadequate vehicle left my belongings in the lobby broke a tv because of inadequate van rammed everything in now refusing to pay 100 to get a good review charged me extra 100 for a second floor flat dont do it

    Hi Terry. I'm sorry you felt that you had to leave a negative review. Prior to your moving day we have asked you several times for an inventory to provide you with the most suitable vehicle, but we never received this inventory. Your items were left in the lobby as they could not fit in the van at once, we came back for those items and delivered them to your new address. 2 days prior to the move you informed us that the lift had broken down in your building and we would have to carry all items from the 2nd floor of your property, we had informed you that an additional £100 would be added to the invoice as this would require more work for our employees. You accepted this new offer prior to the moving day and were happy. You handed the TV to one of our employees, at which point we advised you that it should be in a suitable box to avoid damage during transportation, you decided against this and wanted to wrap it up in blankets instead. The TV was not damaged by us during transportation however our insurance has provided you with a refund for this. We always take care when transporting all goods . Our company would NEVER ask to anyone to leave a good review in exchange for money.

    The service was very poor.The van arrived 1.5 hrs late for pickup.The customer service was pathetic & had to follow up for invoice which was only provided with payment instructions & not acknowledgement.

    I'm sorry that you felt that you had to write such a negative review. We do apologise for arriving late, you were notified about this (it was due to a vehicle breakdown). Despite this we had completed the move on time and also provided transport to the train station for yourself and your partner so that you could make it on time. An Invoice was sent to you immediately after all our work was completed but you failed to check your emails, this was resolved two days after speaking on the phone to you.

    Would not recommend this company They said it would be two people and a van One guy left half way through And the other poor guy had to do all himself

    Thank you for your response. In this move we had allocated two employees to help with your move, even though this was from a 1 bedroom property, you had requested an additional porter to help due to the heavy furniture that needed loading and unloading. One of our porters fell unwell and had to leave but had completed moving all of the heavy furniture with the other porter. The porter that stayed there for the whole duration of the move was capable of moving small items by himself. This move was completed on time and within the timeframe specified.

    NRS, in particular Raf, were excellent. Raf always responded to messages and in fact arrived a day early. I would definitely recommend him and I would use his services again.

    NRS is an excellent choice for anyone that's planning to move . Not the only they offer very competitive and reasonable priced packages,their service is exceptional and they are willing to go the extra mile in order to fully satisfy the needs of their customers, regardless the circumstances. As an example, due to unforseen circumstances, I needed to change my moving out day, and even though the change happened very last minute, Raf and his team were kind enough to rearrange their agenda in order to accommodate my moving, regardless the multiple jobs they had on their schedule. You guys are great and your kindness, services, speed and efficiency are zero to none . Thank you !

    I was incredibly impressed with the service i had the standard service, I am amazed how much furniture they got in their van !! excellently packed no breakages in transit. An easy move which is fabulous I couldn't have asked for a more helpful team they worked so hard on one of the hottest days so far this year . I have nothing to say but good things and the price was very good as well .I can highly recommend NRS. Thank you so much for everything 5* service
