Review:Despite me detailing every item requiring removal and the fact my one bed has no lift in the quote price I was repeatedly made to feel guilty by the two men who came to do the removal. One did not pull his weight to the same level as the other one and as a result loading the van for a small one bed took 4 hours! During the loading process they broke my wardrobe, they never informed me of this but I knew they had done it as a friend saw it and I found a broken off piece hidden in a cupboard on final room inspection. At the new property they damaged further furniture and also scuffed and damaged door frames all these things that only became obvious once they left and I was able to do a through inspection. I placed in a complaint but the handler disputed me advising of no lift and no allocated parking...i know i informed them as part of the quote. So now i have damaged furniture, walls and door frames that have to be repainted. Very disappointed.

Review:Seamless communication, reliable customer service for a great price.The movers were ok but felt a bit unprepared and inexperienced. We made it work and they were nice but it seemed like they didn't know the extent of the move which made me think they weren't communicated with properly by the main office.
