    The furniture was well wrapped and not damaged.
    Their team of 3 took more than 10 h to move the furniture from our small 2 bedroom flat and around 20 boxes of stuff which we packed ourselves. I cannot tel how this compares to the avarage numbers.
    When they brought the furniture to the new place which is 15 min drive from the old one, they rolled weelly cabinets down the corridor instead of carrying them having left grooves from the castors on a brand new floor. Annoying. If I had noticed this at that time I would not have paid 10 % extra they requested for packaging.
    A set of kitchen knives went missing and is probably still sitting at the back of the lorry. Cheap stuff, not a big deal but is not supposed to happen.
    We have moved anyway and it did not cost a fortune but we have got impression that this company is still in the process of training staff.

    We had a bad experience with One Removals, so I can't recommend them. They were four hours late on the first day to do the packing up. Meaning they didn't have time to do all of it as they had planned. Then they were two hours late the day of the move. They were understaffed on moving day so the packing up took much longer than they planned making the process rushed and chaotic. In the end several items of my clothing and an expensive laptop were stolen from me during the move because they left them unattended. Because the packing was so disorganised it took me a week to go through all the boxes and confirm this, so when I went back to them they basically said there was nothing they would do because the deadline for reporting a loss was five days after the move. To add insult to injury we were charged an additional ,300 because the lift in our estate was out (it was out the day they came to give us a quote if they'd bothered to check) and one of they're team was quite aggressive with my wife when demanding payment.
