Review:Staff were very personable and I believe they are capable of short distance moves but not long distance. They lack experience which means although they will come out to quote, quotes are not remotely accurate - in fact nearly 3 times original quotes. There seems to be more of a want to give the cheapest quote to get business in so people pay a deposit without consideration for the impact on the customer at the end. People need to be able to budget for a move within reason. People know there will be some adjustment in the cost but within a reasonable range not exceeding 25% as otherwise people will be unable to pay at the end. Felt a lot of excuses were given for items being damaged and broken which attempted to put the blame on the customer or anyone else but themselves. This isnt good customer service. Was disappointing after being made to feel so comfortable by staff and being reassured about quotes/ timing etc. Feel a bit cheated as you cant expect people to find over 1000 extra because you made errors in judgement
