Review:Overall I was satisfied with the service, however the issue on the moving day was that the removals men turned up 1.5hrs late due to a puncture, which was out of their control, but we only moved the last box into the new home after 7:30pm, which was highly inconvenient given we have a small toddler. The whole process took circa 10 hours whereas the estimated time was half that.This was more of an oversight on the planning side given they underestimated the volume of goods we had and only sent 2 people when it was really a job for 3!
