Review:Absolutely amazing, cant fault the two guys who turned up on the day. The communication leading up to move day was smooth and NOTHING was too much trouble for the team on the day. Was fairly priced and I happily left a nice tip at the end for the fantastic service I had throughout. Really impressed and would highly recommend. The move itself took all day and they took it all in their stride even with a combined 6 flights of stairs at both addresses, not one complaint. Top company.

Review:Great customer service, spot on with what I needed, really good with office communications. Moving day came but only one Luton with two guys arrived hours late. Second Luton arrived with more help at 9PM, by the time we unloaded at the destination it was 4am! To be fair it was the mad end of June rush and these guys were working flat out, I knew I was the second job of the day. Nothing was broken and it got done so I give them a thumbs up!

Review:The good points - efficient packing (I was out half an hour before my midday deadline) and nothing (bar a few plants) got broken.The bad - arrived 20 minutes late with no phone call to let me know or apology, the 3 man team I paid for was reduced to 2 for the unpacking (I did get a very small price reduction in acknowledgement of this), many marks were left on walls/ceilings of both properties, some of which they did scrub off but I didn't feel enough care was taken to avoid this. Have only given 2 stars for value for money as I was subjected to a ~50% mark up due to the stamp duty deadline (which to be fair all of the companies I had quotes from were doing!)

Review:Showed up without the necessary equipment to carry items up the stairs which delayed the move and made it more expensive. Damaged the property and refused to compensate.

Dear Leonie,Thank you for your feedback, sadly this doesn't reflect what really happened. As mentioned, the necessary equipment wasn't brought on move day, true said but why? Because you misrepresented your booking. Your destination property which you reported to be on ground floor turned out to be on the second floor. With a good number of heavy white goods to move, this had render the job harder for our porters and eventually took longer than expected which you felt was too expensive overall as you were quoted on hourly rate.. After invoicing you, you delayed the payment for days, you reported a mark on the floor after our 7 days incident report policy which we were unable to investigate. This job was completed with no additional misrepresentation fee being charged to your invoice and we've sent you 3 men crew instead of 2 you were quoted for. At completion of the job you truly expressed your gratitude to our porters for the high standard service they provided you, bought them food and gifted them wine bottle but unfortunately our fair invoice has changed your mind to leave us such a poor review.London West

Review:Removal guys broke our new cooker after contacting them with this issue we was granted 40A? and told 40A? was their maximum payout if we wanted more insurance we should have asked for it and would of had to pay more... If we had been made aware of this in the first place we would have done so this was 4 days before Christmas so sadly because of this we had no means to cook our Christmas Dinner
