Review:The team were hard working. Unfortunately, they broke the monitor on my Peloton bike. Accidents happen, but then they fobbed me off saying they were waiting for the insurance company so process their claim before giving me the money back. After a month of excuses, I have been forced to issue legal proceedings against the company to get my money back. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Hi Andrew, sorry that we couldn't deliver to your satisfaction. Although we went through major changes in our company since then. As I remember the monitor broke due to our manual staff mishandling, although he had years of removals experience yet as humans accidents do occur. We couldn't get the insurance sorted quickly enough was because of covid 19 Lockdowns and hardship communicating with brokers and insurance company amid height of Covid 19 outbreak. In the end we claimed successfully and paid you for your loss.London South West
