I recommend wholeheartedly RA Removals. We were moving 2 days before the end of the stamp duty holiday and 2 companies cancelled at the lastazt minute, including Fantastic Removals on the sunday afternoon when we were due to move the next day. Richard from RA Removals rang round to get 3 people and 2 vans to do our removal, confirming everything was in place at 7pm on Sunday evening. They turned up at 8 o'clock sharp the next morning. They were polite friendly and professional. They coped with dismantling and reassembling complicated furniture, a narrow turning staircase in my old flat and a last minute delay in completing on our new house, waiting patiently for the solicitor to confirm. Not a single breakage in the move despite our haphazard packing of some items. Great service at great price! In the circumstances they could have charged the earth but in fact came out at almost exactly the same price as the two companies who cancelled on us. The whole team were spot on and very professional. My home contents had to go into storage and from storage to my new home. Leaving Bromley to go to the storage facility in Ashford and then returning to gather up my belongings to take on to my new home. They managed to put a very stressed lady at ease and whilst I do not intend to move again if I did I would give Richard or Alex a call they are very attentive and understanding. Read more

What can I say, Alex and Richard were amazing! We recently relocated from Beckenham to South Devon. Alex visited us prior to our move to fully understand our requirements. The day before our move both Richard and Alex arrived bang on time to preload for the move the following morning. On the move day, again they arrived on time to load the remaining beds etc. and off they went to our new home. Once at our new home they unloaded our belongings as carefully as they had loaded them and reassembled our beds and furniture etc.
Overall Alex and Richard provided us with a fantastic removal experience at a price that was extremely competitive. The guys worked tirelessly and at speed, I would highly recommend RA Removals to all my family and friends, or anyone else!

Really like that Alex called me after my online enquiry rather than text or email as other companies had done, I think this personal touch was one of the reasons I booked RA removals.

On the day Alex and Richard were amazing, they were punctual and absolutely nothing was to much trouble. They made the process easy and stress free for us. Very professional but at the same time friendly, approachable, trustworthy and quick, even in the hot heat. We had a long journey to our new home but again at the other end they continued as they had started and before we knew it all our stuff was in the right rooms and any furniture that had been dismantled was put back together like new.

I would recommend RA removals and I have with a family member who has now also booked with them.
