    The guys from reasonable movers were fantastic on the day moving everything so quickly. We didnt get the keys until 4.30pm which was stressful but they carried on with no issue. I arranged everything though Adam who couldnt have been more helpful.

    Had absolutely no respect for our home or possessions. Walked through the house with no shoe protection or carpet protection. Piled everything on top everything in the trucks causing damage and refused to take certain items because they were too difficult to take apart (even though that was in the quote) and at first refused to take T.V`s because they looked too expensive!!! communication was only by wassap, the whole setup was very amateurish. Then to add insult to injury tried to charge me more money because they got the quote wrong!!!

    Were supposed to arrive at 9am. They arrived at 6.35pm. We paid for two vans, one of them supposedly broke down on the way. What happened to the second van? A mystery as it was never mentioned.Then we were supposed to have 4 vans coming our way butthey were waiting for someones key to finish a job first. Then they started offloading, ETA: 2pm. Then they were still waiting according to the transport manager? Lie after lie. We had to hire a van and start the move ourselves as the estate agent was pressuring us to vacate the property. Eventually, they sent a lorry and a van at 6.35pm. They finished offloading at 11pm. No sympathy from customer service. The packing service was very basic, no checklist, no instruction from them on what to keep. They even packed one of their colleagues hoody and had to open boxes to find it. It would have been funny if moving day had gone well the next day. But we should have taken it as a warning for a company that doesn't what they're doing.

    Thank you for your feedback. Firstly we apologise again for this rare event where a vehicle breaksdown which you can appreciate even with proper regular maintainence is unavoidable. You paid for 2 3.5 tonne vehicles and 2 trips we did first of all compensate with a 7.5 tonne and 3.5 tonne to get the move done in less time. The price which you suggest was high was due to the fact that you were moving on the 29th of June, over the stamp duty rush where there was no availability. If this was not the case and we were out of line with market pricing I am sure you would of booked elsewhere. When discussed with your husband on the day he agreed that a £600 compensation was sufficient and paid the remaining balance minus the £600. Subsequently, you returned 3 days later for whatever reason demanding further compensation which by any standards is not the correct procedure nor fair. The only evidence of additional costs we were presented was a van you stated you hired for £78.80p far below the compensation given. Again we take full accountability for our mistake and the issues on the day. However, as you stated we not only completed the move but compensation was also agreed upon.
