I found Red Lion to be really helpful and careful. I have one comment that is the Red Lion rep visited my property to survey the items to be moved. They gave me a price to do the job based on this survey. On the day not all of the items fitted into the vans. I was charged an additional fee to move these. They did the job very well but surely it's not my fault that the items didn't fit after their expert surveyed the house?Under the pressure of moving day I felt like I was left with little choice. RLR were just brilliant from start to finish. Customer service, communication by phone and email, on time despite travelling from Cardiff over to Bristol, efficiency, respectful, polite, no damage, disassembled and reassemble with ease, ridiculously strong guys who do a two man lift on their own, and importantly reasonably priced. Took the pressure off me and my wife who had a 13 month old kid to look after, and dealt with everything themselves. This was my first time using a removal company and had carried out a lot of research and quotations to ensure I got the best. This all paid off as Red Lion Removals are the best of the best. Their price was competitive and no surprise costs at the end. Their customer service was one of the best customer service I have ever received, I make most contact via email and they always responded quickly answering all of my questions. We had four people to do the move on the day and each of them were unbelievably superb. They made us feel comfortable, reassuring me often as I was worried that our stuff wasnt going to fit! They helped us in every way possible, they even managed to get our fridge freezer into the house when it looked like it was going to be impossible.
