Friendly staff and helpful staff both before and during the move. Great team of four very hardworking and friendly movers, who disassembled and reassembled the larger pieces of furniture with no problem.

Excellent service, guys got a 2 bed apartment moved to our new home in one morning and were able to manage 6 floors with no lifts.
There were a few glitches with box orders (the wardrobe boxes only arrived on moving day) which meant on the day of the move there was some time pressure on the removalists. This meant that there were no extra hands to help with assembly or disassembly of furniture. Also, it was originally quoted as a two man job, we insisted on having 3 men on removals day. In hindsight, 4 may have been better.
Excellent value for money. Customer services were fabulous on the run up to the moving day. Answering all enquiries quickly.
Movers on the day arrived early and worked so hard throughout the day. All items were looked after extremely well making sure all my fragile items were taken care of.
Move was done quickly and with care and I highly recommend the company
Really good service, turned up when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble! Were other quotes that were slightly cheaper but I’d recommend paying a bit more!
Professional guys that did the job quickly.
The customer service girl I booked my move with was friendly and helpful over the phone. However on the day of the move no one showed up during the scheduled time and when we called up they told us that the move hadn’t actually been booked. But they saw that we paid our deposit and got movers to our house about an hour and a half later. The move itself went smoothly with no complaints. However when I asked about a discount off the final price due to the mistake that cost us time I was told I would need to pay the quoted price and could call the next business day to discuss the problem.

On the day the guys were fab. Couldn’t say anything bad about them.
Quote process seemed straightforward. Unfortunately the quotes provided caused a lot of unnecessry confusions. I accepted the most expensive option quoted (option 3) after clarification emails back and forth. Had expected this to cover moving, provision of all packing materials and a fragile pack. I thought it was a bit odd that I wasn’t going to get packing materials until the day of the move so called customer service three days before the move to make sure we were on the same page. They assured me that I could enjoy my weekend as all was sorted ready for the Monday move and the guys would be bringing everything with them. Monday came and the removal guys arrived, with boxes for the fragile pack, but no other boxes. I was furious - knew the customer service people had been numpties! Turns out Option 3 was just moving and a fragile pack....and I was expected to source my own packing boxes (?!?!). Odd given Option 2 was moving plus packing materials. Anyway next half hour spent quarrelling with customer services. Ending up paying £60 more for boxes. Stupid quoting process.
They broke my bed. Awkward moment with no way forward. Did not take responsibility
This company were in a desperate rush to get our stuff in the van and as a result didn't take care of our stuff very well. Things spilled out of boxes. They were polite but hard to communicate with due to poor levels of written and spoken English. I was suspicious as the quote was so cheap but the company seemed so professional at first. I would pay more for a better service.
Everything started off well, with their initial quote, assessment visit and arriving on time. The kitchen was packed to a good standard, unfortunately the level of training is not consistent as the other guy did an horrendous job packing the bedroom and living room. Stuffing things into boxes with no order so they ran out of boxes and used our black bags. They misjudged the number of hanging boxes so squashed clothes and stuffed them in the bottom.
They took ages getting to our new place and complained they couldn’t park closer (only 20 feet to the door). They walked mud into the carpets and only put down protectors when we complained. Although we asked them to be careful, they managed to chip the newly painted front door and only repeated requests to slow down made them take head.
Unpacking we saw the extent of their quality, with squashed hats, bent books and crumpled everything else.
Afterwards we complained and it took multiple emails and a chaser mail after a month to get a reply. All that was offered was 25% off the next move. Not going to use them again, so a hollow gesture. Avoid!
The surveyor underestimated the amount of stuff we had despite looking under the beds & in wardrobes etc.
We had to pay £300.00 for an additional van. The second van I paid £300.00 for broke down.
Boxes were left in random places all over the house.
They were the cheapest but my advice would be to spend more and get a better service.
The removal men had no trolleys to lift washing machines etc they arrived with us a 8am & left at 10pm there was a 2 hour drive to our new house and an hours wait for us to collect keys.
The removal men should of been paid to stay the night as it was such a long day and it was a long drive back.
Avoid this company and pay more for a better service.
Utterly totally and completely incompetent do not use under any circumstances!
They turned up with vans that weren’t big enough to take the amount of stuff they had quoted (1900 cubic feet and they turned up with two 7.5 tonne Luton’s) , no coverings for any sofas mattresses or televisions. We had to make 5 cat journeys to get all our stuff over and as we competed early had to leave a lot of items in a neighbours garden and pick it up later.
They damaged our tv (a 40” flat screen, then offered us £40! ) and put a box of tools on items marked fragile!

Thank you for leaving a review and we would like to add a few more things for the clarity. A survey was carried out prior to the move to work out the volume of goods but unfortunately on the day of the move more items were added which resulted in the shortage of space on the vehicles. We gave the option to arrange another vehicle on the day with an additional cost but you were happy to move the smaller items yourself. We still carried out an additional trip on the day to help you move some of the large items without an additional cost. In terms of the damage, you opted to choose the limited liability on your goods hence the insurance only covered the amount you were insured for. We wish you all the best for the future. Lazy, zero flexiblity , not helpful, not professional at all and also before the booking they saying something to let you book with them and on the written contract is not the same as discussed!!
I choose them because after my conversation at phone they seems very professional and they weren’t the cheapest one also ... awful customer service also when I complain about it!!

We would like to add a few more things for the clarity; A removal only service was booked but nothing was packed when we turned up on the day, the staff waited 3.5 hours outside for you to complete your packing and eventually they had to help you pack otherwise it would have been too late to complete the move in one day. I understand that you say that we were not flexible on the day, this is because you were asking us to come back the following day to move as you were not ready to move that day. In this case, the staff and the vehicle would have been allocated for 2 days and it was not possible to do this within the price we agreed. We wish you all the best for the future.
