SML were the most competitive, and offered the same price on a fixed price basis as the previous company I had iused were offering on an hourly quote basis. Their customer service in booking the removal and adding extra items, explaining what would fit in one van etc was excellent. The team (Marius, Marian, Demani) were polite, helpful, hard working and a pleasure to deal with I will use SML when I move again and have and will recommend them highly. My only regret was that I could have had a second van for 50% more and I decided (in my wisdom!) to move the rest myself. I ended up hiring a transit van and spending two days driving and packing and unpacking. I should have had the extra van and saved the stress even if it had cost a bit more! Read more

The booking and customer service team provided excellent communication, everything was discussed in advance. On the moving day quite a few of the items that was promised while booking wasnt delivered. For example protecting the mattress and TV. The removal person wasn't professional very difficult to approach and quite rude. My furniture was thrown into their van without any care. My mattresses were put on top of my garden benches without any covers. As a result my mattresses were covered in garden debris. My TV wasn't protected so the screen has patches with different colours. Im not sure if I would be using this company again. Read more

SML were great from start to finish. They did an on-site visit to see how much stuff we had to move, whereas other companies just did a FaceTime. Lots of great communication from quote stage, getting ready to move to move day itself. Always there with a quick response if I had any questions. Read more

The team at SML Removals were extremely professional, giving a very detailed quote which placed them above other companies. Tom was very helpful and accomodating in changes made to my quote in the week running up to the move. On the moving day, everything went so smoothly and quickly. The movers took their time to make sure they didn't damage the floors or walls, and everything was wrapped and protected effectively. Brilliant Company, really good.

A very simple way to describe my experience with SML...it was perfect. The team arrived on time, packed up carefully but quickly and had everything loaded into the van ahead of schedule. On delivery day, they arrived on time and once again showed care and attention when handling goods. The team (Rory, Will, Paulo, Lucas and Tom) were great and very personable.
