Review:Hiked the price up o. The day and demanded payment before loading the van.I had sent a detailed list of the items for moving and assumed the quote given was for it all to be moved. Several items were not put on the van.Over an hour was wasted on moving day through this fiasco.Do not use this company

Review:Quote was misleading, only one trip in van allowed for and took 3 for which each were charged and they would not make 3rd trip until full cost was paid for, via internet banking to a different account to the one the deposit was paid to. Items found damaged and missing following removal day.

Review:Shocking! Quoted a price for a 3 bedroom full house--gave them a full inventory and then sent a 3.5t Luton Van and on the day said it wouldnt fit and there would be additional charges--damage to furniture- nothing covered -just thrown into the back of the van- what should have been a straight forward move, took 10 hours to complete--

Review:Initially really polite and supportive however on moving day it became clear they had no knowledge of what size van was required for the house even though this was advised.I was then charged extra without being told until the last moment for items I had included on the inventory but they stated this is down to management decision on the day and threatened to not remove my belongings from the van until I paid the extra 60.I had to hire an enterprise van to remove my remaining belongings as the company wanted to charge me double for an error they created.

Hi Emma, thank you for your feedback and we take all complaints seriously, I'm sorry you feel our service did not meet your requirement, unfortunately due to some unscrupulous clients most removal companies will either take payment in totality upfront or at least just before the job finishes, we have adopted the latter, i know this is inconvenient but it protects the company and yourself As for the extra items, i understand you would have required a second van load which you have just stated at the cost of £60, this is a decision you made on the day and the team obliged, it was not an error as you have stated, your items were more than was anticipated to carry in the one vanStockport

Review:Damaged property on removal.Left a full kitchen of items for me to remove at a later date and left me with no cooking utensils at new address due to a lack of space in van and not an option to make more than one visit when I had paid for a full house removal and paid almost double that fee for packing and unpacking,dismantling and reassembling some furniture so by leaving a full kitchen at old address is ridiculous and once I had been harassed to pay the full fee minus the deposit a few hours after the removal had begun thus seemed odd when removal was not complete and as soon as I paid several of the removalMen left and never returned thus leaving just the reassembler and another man to finish their job..This left me to arrange everything and I am still left with loads of items in a garage where items was placed and then loaded the garage with large spare furniture thus I am unable to move by myself to get to those items that should of been in my new house when they added to their van to be brought into my new house in same rooms which they also failed to adhere to what I specifically specified.I am a single parent with disabilities and this removal has left me incapacitated

After talking to the 2 teams of 5 men, you had 2 luton vans and a car for your move, the delicate items were transported in the car and yourself was given a ride for Free in the car. the removal men said they removed everything you requested but left items which you specifically told them to leave, as you had 2 Luton vans there was no need to leave anything behind, you actually requested to leave those items behind as you needed it to cook, the teams also stated they were scared of you as you stated you had recently been shot 3 times, and were very worried to be around you, due to the mention of firearms and its criminal use, you can understand why the men were worried, but non the less finished your job as directedMore InformationResidential Removals
