Move from a 5 bedroom house to a smaller house some 300 miles away. Items were wrapped and packed. Some items were disposed of, some went into storage with the remainder going to the smaller house. The move was carried out over three days and was done very efficiently.Sam was an excellent team leader, all requests were complied with. Each team member was happy and worked very hard. I couldn't thank Sam and his team enough. We hired them to move us from London to Surrey and to also help us with packing. They spent two full days with us and they all had always the best attitude and a lot of patience towards our thousands requests. They were particularly nice to our three-year-old who was very anxious, which was much appreciated. They removed the stress from a day we were dreading, they packed our things very carefully, they dealt with a lot of last minute issues and reassured us constantly. They dona??t send you their terms and conditions until after youa??ve paid your deposit. The ts & cs then say that therea??s a waiting charge of A?50 per van per hour. We had 3 vans and couldna??t get into our property for 4 hours - this wasna??t our fault either! The crew left used cigarette butts in the drive and threw their rubbish onto the drive including putting finished water bottles in the drain. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Brilliant. By far the cheapest quote and wea??re very easy to work with. Did a video quote, dropped off boxes the day before and packed everything up. V professional, nothing broken. Wea??re flexible when we need to put everything in storage. Honestly cana??t fault them.
