The guys arrived at 8.15am as promised, both friendly and cheerful. They dismantled all the beds and dining table and spent 3hrs packing all our stuff into the van. We then had a 150 mile trip which they did in good time without stopping. On arrival they transferred all our stuff into a storage unit which we had reserved. They had wrapped all our stuff in plastic so everything was kept clean and well protected. They both worked really hard all day and were chatty and polite throughout. They took good care of all our stuff and made the move as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for decent, reliable company who charge very reasonable rates. Absolutely amazing service! We opted for packing and removal service. Packers came the day before, packed everything nicely and securely. We had a great chat and it felt nice. The next day movers arrived even few min earlier than anticipated, which was a great assurance for me as I was really stressed. 5 men turned up and they packed everything to the vans very quickly. What I found as a very nice touch is that the owner of the company came over to check the job done and bring lunch to his employees. They actually offered us to join the lunch as they know that we haven't eaten since they arrived. We had couple of good laughs and everything went smoothly. We anticipated a few small damages, but the fact is that absolutely everything arrived to the new house as it was before. They took a really good care of our possessions. Selecting Steadfast Removals was best choice we made. On the top of competitive price, Hamid came over to quote and he was very polite and explained everything to us. This was the only company who actually came over (we requested a few more companies and all of them done it virtually). Personal touch meant no hidden cost, which is the reason we selected Steadfast. Haamid and his team were a joy to deal with from start to finish; they moved our two bedroom flat in Hillingdon to a four bedroom house in Warwickshire in one day, including packing. The three-man team were incredibly efficient, friendly and hard-working, barely stopping all day. They packed everything with care whilst still keeping to a tight timeframe, and made sure to keep us involved in how we wanted things to be done.

We were dreading moving however Haamid and his team were amazing. They came the day before to pack everything which they did every carefully. Steadfast arrived on time and worked very quickly.

But the team caused damage to the house we were moving out of, with skidmarks on the staircase wall, a chip to the paintwork on the bannister, and a dent in the stairase wall and damage above the hall doorway. When the skidmarks were flagged to the team they tried to dismiss it as being "because the mattresses were wrapped" which was not very professional. I had to clean off the skidmarks myself - luckily I had some sugar soap - the remaining damage was only spotted after the team had left.

At our next property there was delays to completion and arrival of the keys so they had to wait an extra hour and a half. The team started asking for more money for the wait time, despite this not being detailed in the terms and having been promised that there would be no additional charge when quoting.

The team rarely spoke English to each other so we felt in the dark about what was happening most of the time. They didn't cover the carpets well so there was lots of mud to clean off afterwards.

I didn't find this company very professional or approachable at all - but they were very efficient and cheap. Read more

Moved from a two bed flat to a three bed house, and stopped on the way to the new property to pick up a mattress from grandparents house. Thanks to Haamid who was great at answering any questions I had, and the movers, the move was quick and stress free. I had colour coded the boxes so moving them from the lorry into the new place was really quick. They were careful with all boxes and nothing was broken on the other end. Did have to pay a little extra for the additional collection and there is a fee for each hour after 14.00 that the guys are sat waiting for you to get the key, but they were still competitive in price to other removal companies. Haamid was very helpful with the booking process and provided an estimate that was accurate based on his visit to the property. On the day, the 3 movers were polite and helpful. Just one comment on the driver who did complain about the quantity of items stating that they would not fit into the van, however, his complaints were unfounded and we had a smooth and successful move. Haamid was really professional and helpful with the quote, which he did personally at the flat. Very few removal services nowadays offer that personal touch at your convenience.

His team were really nice and helpful and moved things really quickly. One small glass was broken in all the move which I thought was a real bonus. I've had removal people move stuff before and lost a lot of plates and glasses.

The team was conscientious and worked through their lunch break to get everything in for us before dark.

I was so pleased with our move. Perfect service, would recommend.

Everything went as planned. Haamid was very informative when he assessed the property. The guys on the day worked very hard as our flat was on the third floor and there is no lift.

Be aware they start charging a waiting charge after 1pm of A?80 per hour. Who gets their keys that early. I wasna??t told when booking them that they charged this. Steadfast removals helped my family and I move recently. I cannot praise the work Haamid and team did highly enough.
I chose Steadfast based on a number of factors, cost of course but also the survey and advice Haamid gave prior to choosing them and the very professional service.
On the day the team arrived on time and ready to go. We could have done and should have done a better job of packing all our belongings but this did not stop or slow down the team. They worked so hard and nothing was too much for them to do for us. Within a few hours everything was packed on to the vans and we were on our way to the new house. Everything arrived in one piece and was unpacked and placed in the rooms as required.

Have to be honest at first I was very concerned about using an unknown company I found on the web but I needn't have worried. From the first visit our special access and transport needs were addressed. I was very impressed on the day as everything was packed with speed, care and adaptability.
