The guys were all amazing, polite courteous and hard working. We had loads of stuff to move and they just went at it. I just kept out of the way and oiled the wheels with tea and biscuits. The chaps who moved us were super! They took great care with everything delicate & took care with packing. Did have to push for the job to be done in one day, rather than paying for two days due to the move being a long distance. really bad unfortunately. The packing service was dreadful and this impacted on the whole move. I found myself lugging mattresses to put on the right beds and few boxes were labelled.

They were excellent and took great care with everything. They used reusable mats to cover the carpet instead of single-use plastic which was great too.

'Straight There' made the whole process process painless, I opted for the pack and move option which was a breeze, there is no way I would not choose this option again. everything was idividually wrapped and boxed, from glassess and plates to the TV, the 3 removers worked all day like trojans and I was in my new place by 1530. If I had to make one comment for improvement (let's be honest, nobody is perfect) it would be I wasn't given a time that they would arrive on removals day (they arrived at 0900) I was told this was an error.All in All Straight There did an realy good job at a reasonable price and I would both recommend them and use them a again. They were a reasonable price and arrived on time. The move was done professionally and the guys were pleasant.My only complaint is I wanted to pay online on the day. It used to take 3 days to pay online but now its done within minutes. I had to set up a PayPal account and pay by credit card to protect myself incase they never showed up. I understand however they have had previous customers who they say never paid so they felt they were protecting themselves by wanting payment up front. Read more

Kev and the lads were fantastic, helping move my furniture from a third floor flat that had no lift, which is no small feat so thank you very much! There was a bit of grumpiness throughout the day, with a few comments made about how this piece of furniture wasn't on the list to move (despite some really heavy things like a washing machine no longer being needed to be moved) but overall, they did a really great job and communicated really well and openly throughout the whole move. I took one star of because when they arrived at new property they put a large radio on the drive with loud music .I thought this was unprofessional and I was worried what my new neighbours thought .

They didn't take half of my items when I called them back they charged me a extra 200 . And they still missed my tv and bookcase. So I had to pay someone else to take them.

We didn't make it east for them , We weren't as organized as we should have been , BUT the Lads were great , Didn't moan once about the disarray . Everything was moved Quickly , safely and Efficienty , until everything was in the right rooms - Even the Matress and Waredrobes that played stubborn on the stairs , They persvered until they got them up . The experience started well but went downhill as the job progressed. The pricing is competitive but the service is just average. We opted for the pack and move service and the communication wasn't clear about the packing date and how. The packaging was completed on the morning of the move. Our move was 200+ miles and left at 11:30 am. Nobody told us about the 3 pm clause. The folks were packing in comfort and reached at 4:30 pm. We had to lock the flat and leave afterwards and were 30 minutes behind them and at the end, they introduced us to this 3 pm clause of extra payment. Only one man was sent for packing and a total of two on the day of the move. It was a three-man job. They cut corners and when things get delyed, they charge the customer. The driver was extremely rude and towards the end they were literally throwing our boxes randomly in the house. There was no follow-up from the owner or office after the job. I am afraid to won't recommend them. I believe you are better off with professionals and more reputed companies. Read more

The whole experience was smooth and easy. Took the stress out of moving day with just the right size fleet, packaging material provided few days before, the quote provision online. The staff that turned up seem to know exactly what they are doing. All in all, if I move again (which I hope I wont for the foreseeable future), I would definitely use their services again.

Being an in person visit to look at the inventory, the hassle of missing few items to list is taken away. A quote was provided straight away followed up by an online version of it with all the T&Cs. All the costs were explained both in person and in a virtual copy. The pricing was less complicated and hence easy to understand.

The timing breakdown of tasks was precise, which definitely helped get an indication of where it all would be at a point in time.
