Review:Not happy at all- not least because they sent a transit van an hour late to move us from our 3 bedroom house, but then we got shouted at over the phone for complaining about this. A simple apology would have been nice but we didn't even get that. Would not use again.

We have organised a house survey and instructed to do a small house removal.She has booked the removal 3 days before Christmas and we have informed the client that we have limited number of vehicles available and we can not promise a spefic time slot. We have allocated the right vehichle for her move, however a few days before the actual move she asked us to move double the amount of itmes it was orginally booked for.Although the move was completed, the client did not want to pay for the move.Watford

Review:Ravzan was very helpful. Got the job done. Small scratches on fridge but it was massive and 2 people were doing by hand, no trolleys. For A?300 less than other quotes I can leave with it. Have to be there to oversee everything. Thanks
