    From the beginning of move day they were inconsiderate of my situation (suffering from cancer and had been hospitalised the night before hence the reason for the delay from my side in the morning).I offered to show proof of my hospital stay and requested to change the day or even the time. the lady whos name was Tina,now suddenly called herself Anna on the move day, told me if we change the day then my drivers would enjoy a nice Saturday off and business would lose moneyand the drivers told me they had another appointment so they had to hurry. Anyway, we still went ahead with the move on same day. According to the terms and conditions that I had signed they had included assembly and dismantling of bed,wardrobe,cooker and TV. However on the day, the driver told me he was no allowed to unplug the cooker so they didnt take that, leaving myself and my daughter without a hob/oven to cook food on.didnt assemble my TV,saying they didnt have time.broke part of my wardrobe (the sliding door a part from one side was missing which w they only mentioned to me when they came to my new home) when I asked why they didnt point this out to me when loading, said they couldnt me?!

    We are deeply sorry you feel this way especially since we have been very flexible in accommodating you and rescheduling on many occasions. Unfortunately canceling on the day of the move once the guys turn up is non refundable. We have checked the agreement and everything that was promised was delivered as per the agreement. The cooker that is in questions was not disconnected from the wires on the wall and that requires and electrician to do it as our guys are not trained electricians they are not allowed to do this. This as per the agreement was suppose to be ready for us to collect and transport only. Based on our system logins you have spoken to both of our staff you are mentioning and they tried to accommodate you on different occasions. You have signed the paperwork and based on the notes at the time you were happy with the service we are not sure what happened afterwards but we are truly sorry we didn't deliver on this occasion.
