Swift Removals were excellent with our house move. Jerry called quickly to arrange to come round and give a quote. He followed up quickly afterwards. The guys started the packing on Saturday before the move on Monday. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. On the day of the move they arrived to pack up last minute things and got everything into the van. Unfortunately there was a bit of time to wait until I got the keys to the new house but they took it in their stride. They were good with all the unpacking and asked where things needed to go along the way. They did a superb job and I highly recommend them. I would recommend this company to anyone moving home. Brilliant from start to finish. It was the cheapest quote we got but also didnt have added extras for furniture covers etc. which all the others did. It was torrential rain the day we moved and they had all the kit to make sure all our things were kept dry and undamaged. Our old house had challenging access issues but they found space for 2 vans without blocking the traffic. As well as being incredibly efficient, they were also polite and friendly. They met all our requirements for packing and moving, making it as stress-free as possible. They really couldnt have done more. Read more

They were very efficient in contracting me in the first instance. They moved my whole garden 80 miles. They were very careful, even my plums were still hanging on the tree when they arrived! They placed them all carefully so I could move my furniture in later. They kept me informed about when they would arrive to collect ie., when they were slightly held up. Three guys. Courteous and efficient

Honestly 10/10. The quote was so cheap compared with the other companies I was recommended. Less than half of what one company quoted me. But the move was still so smooth and so quick. The men were so helpful, dismantling my furniture and reassembling it in my new home. They had lots of tools, able to quickly wrap up furniture and detach large furniture from the walls. They asked lots of questions to ensure they were taking the right things and putting it in the right rooms in the new house. The move took a lot less time than I anticipated too.The only negative is that there were a few scuff marks on my new house walls where they had knocked the walls with some of the bigger furniture. This is expected, the walls are painted with matt paint which scuffs easily & some of the furniture was difficult to manoeuvre. Despite that, I would 100% use them again. Read more

ltd is a safe company and listens to its customers.

They were amazing. We moved from a house to a second floor apartment with no lift, they never complained and took great care with all our belongings. THE GUYS WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL, CONSIDERING WE ARE 2 LADIES OF 65 & 88.THAT SAID, WE FELT THAT THE CHARGE FOR MOVING LESS THAN HALF A MILE WITHIN THE SAME VILLAGE WAS A TAD EXCESSIVE.

The team from Swift managed to get me and my stuff from A to B despite a road closure by the Council, due to road resurfacing, which I had not been warned about! Thanks guys for all your help! :) One tip though: Don't assume you can just jump in their van to go with your stuff to your new address, if you don't drive though, as this is not something they usually allow, as there is not enough room!
