Excellent, I really cant fault them

They were great, punctual, flexible and very professional.

Absolutely fantastic. I shopped around and got quotes from 6 companies. TDS were the cheapest but promised the same exact service as companies that wanted to charge me up to 750 more. I had a good feeling but was preparing myself for perhaps a more basic, even rough around the edges service. I was wrong. They were incredible - professional, courteous, fast, all packing materials were of the highest standard and they were patient with my requests. They also used crates which I preferred to boxes. I cannot rate them highly enough. Next time i move I will simply choose TDS. Read more

Excellent service and would certainly use them again.

TDS quoted us a price a lot lower than some others (particularly the bigger companies) to move us from South London to Yorkshire but I really didnt notice any corners cut when it came to the move. Packing service was efficient and thorough (no breakages, plenty of protective material used). The moving crew were on time for packing and loading day, and arrived in Yorkshire bang on time for unloading the next day. The office team was very helpful and clear re the survey, quote and prep for the day. And everyone was very nice! I am hoping I never have to move again but I definitely recommend TDS to anyone doing so. Read more

Really great company who went out of their way to help us move. We had to change our moving dates several times and TDS were always accommodating and polite. The guys who moved us were polite and asked exactly where the furniture should be placed. Every item was wrapped and carefully loaded and unloaded.I would recommend again and again. We moved from our 2-bedroom flat where we lived for nearly 20 years to a new 2-bedroom flat and we had a lot of stuff to pack. TDS were very helpful to assess our needs via a video call and give us the right quote in terms of vans, packing material and crew. On the day, they did an amazing job considering the amount of things that we have to pack and send to the new flat, and the time it took to get everything in the van: we are very pleased with the way everything went and would definitely recommend this company to others (or use it again, if we need to). Highly, highly recommended. We got 5 quotes and TDS came out the best and instilled the most confidence. What we particularly liked was the taking down and putting up of beds is included in price, so important when you're so tired from moving! We paid for the packing service too. 4 men on the day and a distanced, 2 day move to 4 hours away. Lots of stairs and 2 vans, but they made it seamless and stress free. They were brilliant. As I was downsizing and moving out of a home of 35 years I had a lot of stuff! The packing service was amazing, arrived on time, packed everything carefully and with respect. Even all the bits in drawers were wrapped! Within hours the house was done. The next day the move was very smooth. TDS movers arrived precisely on time. Packed everything very professional, nothing was damaged during the move. They pack everything into reusable plastic crates, so you don't have lots of cardboards to throw away afterwards, which is great. They even disassembled treadmill and reassembled it back without complaints. Same for large IKEA wardrobe, everything was assembled perfectly. The pricing was mid-range, not the cheapest, but cheaper by 800GBP than some other quotes we've got. Read more

Excellent customer service, Bianca goes the extra mile. Unfortunately on packing day the guys were struggling for diesel ( yes the dreaded shortage!) and had to queue for 4 hours, hence they were extremely late arriving to pack. However once they arrived they were like an army of ants and gotvthe job done! Well done TDS! Read more

The team were excellent. Provided a very competitive quote. The 2 smaller lorries meant we avoided difficulties with access at both properties. It would be easy to recommend TDS removal, if youre looking for a cost effective, careful and efficient removal firm. They moved us from London to Colchester. I was particularly impressed with my team of packers. Everything was carefully packaged or boxed with my furniture protected with bubble wrap and black shrink wrapped to minimise any damage. Removal day was brilliant my end in London and then when the team of vans got to Colchester (where my husband was waiting) they did their best to place items in the correct rooms, though the new house plan was nothing like the old house. The inevitable chaos of unloading my husband tells me was by no means the worst experience hes had in our history of moving house. Im still unpacking and finding a few things in odd places, but I wanted to write this review quickly before I forgot in the busy rush of settling in to my new home. So a big Thank you to all at TDS from Andrew and Bianca in the office, to my team of packers and finally the extra guys on the day of the move. I had TDS to do our removal from Ilford to Folkestone on 2 June 2021. Three young men arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. Every bit of furniture was covered to prevent damage. They even took the pictures of the wall (which I had forgotten to do) and covered them. I have got to say they were the best workers I could have wished for. We arrived down in Folkestone around the same time and they worked together to get the furniture into the flat. I was worried incase they couldn't get furniture upstairs but again they done everything with ease. Our clothes were taken out of our wardrobes in Ilford and put into special carriers just to. be transferred into wardrobes here. I found them on the internet and had no idea what they were going to be like. They were half the price of what I had nearly booked with another firm. I would recommend them one hundred percent - for good value and efficiency. This has taken me a little longer than I had wishes to write this but thank you TDS and I would recommend you to anyone. On the whole Great service, the three guys worked very hard. Downside, removal van was too small to fit all my belongings. TDS were able to send second van 3 hrs later at no extra cost. Although this added to the stress of the move TDS agent remained polite and accomodating. Read more

You don't need to think twice when booking TDS removals. I was a little nervous since I have never used a packing service before. However, the guys worked fast, carefully, and very efficiently to fully pack everything in our 2 bedroom flat into crates. They dissassembled 2 double beds and wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets, fragile things in bubble wrap, and every cup, glass and things in the kitchen in paper. I was honestly astounded. The price was very reasonable too, and Bianca kept me informed every step of the way. No issues at all on the day. I would 100% use again and highly recommend them to everyone. Andrew and Bianca helped with any queries and reassured me that all would go well - which it did!
They packaged up any remaining items, wrapping things to ensure they were protected.
