Review:The team that arrived and did my move were absolutely wonderful and they went above and beyond, I cannot fault them.The consultant that did the photos and put together the information for the moving team apparently did not send all the photos of what was being moved. So the moving team arrived with a smaller truck and about 20% of my furniture and belongings got left behind. They tried to get in as much as possible, which was really appreciated.I had to hire a transit van and move the balance of my belongings a day later.I think what really upset me was that their Head office wanted to charge me an additional 125% more than the original price quoted for the remaining items. I found that extremely unprofessional.

Review:Our original move date did not go ahead and had to be placed on hold, the company did not charge any extra for this and held our deposit until we were ready to move. They would check how things were going and felt no pressure from them, it was 2 months later we lived and there were no additional charges. The only negative is that one of the removal guys smoked (which isnt a problem), but he stubbed these out in the driveway at both properties. Apart from this they were all very helpful.
