As explained on a day we do not tolerate abusive, rude behavior towards our staff. The team were very patient and worked really hard. It's not our fault that you had no permission to carry work at your building. We have cleared all your storage. For no extra cost delivered items which not fit in your new property to your friends. They tried their best to please you.London West

Review:Took 6 hours to make a 1.5 hour journey leaving me waiting at my new house. They claimed they had a puncture but there was no evidence of this including the spare wheel on their van which hadn't been replaced.
Asked me to take my own TV which I agreed to, only to find the stand broken when I got it to my new house. The moral is to not trust these people. I was naive and was conned.
They broke a lamp and 6 weeks after moving I'm still waiting for its replacement.
I checked them out as much as I could prior to giving them the job. I don't know what more I could have done but they turned out to be less than completely trustworthy.Response:

As discussed earlier because you are based in Oxford and most days you available in the evenings we are trying to arrange delivery of the lamp as soon as possible. Most delivery providers cant guarantee timing and as it is heavy we would prefer it delivered directly to you rather you have to go and collect it from delivery depo.We know that there was a delay in delivery as we experienced break down but we kept you fully informed and updated.We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will deliver the lamp as soon as possible.Kind regardsThe Removals teamLondon North West

Review:Poor service had trouble getting my 3 seater out of the front door I said it come in the front door so it will go out of the front door after trying to take the front door off with no success they told me that I would have to leave the 3 seater I told on 7 occasions, to turn the item round as it was the way it got in to the front door after being slaged off in a foreign language and some upset they done what I said to do and it came out of the front door straight away I had a bad experience with this company and as a disabled person I felt very intimidated by the men who were not very nice I would definitely not reccomend this company

Review:Although they removed all my boxes in the end (despite me telling the woman on the telephone at the time of booking that I had a lot of boxes to move) - they only agreed to do it once they had put up the price.
Furthermore, they stated I would be sent a copy of the invoice for the move - but 2 weeks after my move and despite chasing them they have yet to provide me with a copy of it. They billed me on the day for a parking ticket - which I am yet to have prove they were issued.London South East
