Review:Wow! Alex and his team were amazing from start to finish, I honestly cannot recommend this company enough!Not only were they really well priced, they were professional, really helpful and responsive to any emails/texts I sent asking questions, but they actually went above and beyond for us.Due to one thing or another (at my side) they accommodated my last minute changes and managed to change the removal date for me. They worked hard, looked after all our belongings, dismantled and reassembled everything that was needed and even picked me up a washing machine and fridge freezer from a different property!Thank you so much to them for their service!

Review:I had my doubts about the company as the price they stated was not the cheapest but by far the dearest . Very competitive. The gentlemen arrived at the stated time and soon got to work .. Review:Disgusting service, they broke my tvs. And fridge freezer, scratched my dinning table, company have been awful regarding this matter. Had to go to trading standards over them, they haven't dealt with by complaint, customer service zero.

Review:Did the job and the distance. We moved from a canal side flat in Yorkshire to storage in Essex. No doubt hard work, but.....
- Used our toilets without flushing. Found this when we went back to clean our old place. Disgusting!
- Left their food and drinks in our old kitchen and in our storage unit. Including curry sauce!
- Still looking for the screws now to our furniture that was dismantled.
- Record player packed upside down with boxes piled on top!Response:
Dear SirI am sorry you felt that this mediocre review necessary.In response:2 star customer service - Vicky went above and beyond to assist with your removal, organising keys etc as you were already in Romford. This seems very unfair to her and I hope that you can review your comments to show appreciation to her.Regarding the toilets: I have spoken to my staff who insist that they did not use the toilets in the manner you state, but I have apologised to you already just in case.Food: they crew never eat during a removal load so I find this very hard to believe, given the location of the flat. They did however admit to leaving sachets of coffee/sugar/milk on your work top. They accidentally broke a cup which they left out for you to see. Again, I have apologised for this.Record player: This is the first I have heard of this. We did not do your packing and if the box was not clearly labelled the crew would not know what was in it so would stack on top. It should have been labelled 'fragile, nothing on top'.As advised the screws were popped into one of your boxes.I will apologise for the obvious errors in judgement of the crew and please rest assured that they have been advised of the problems and fully retrained.With kindest regardsAlison J LeighMedia
