It was excellent. The two guys were friendly, helpful, diligent and extremely professional. They made the move run like clockwork which took away all the stress which I had built up! All my belongings arrived in perfect condition with no breakages or scratches. They dismantled a very large and difficult dining table and sofa and reassembled them at the other end without complaining. I have nothing but praise for Tigers Removals and gratitude to the guys for making the day run so smoothly. I will have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again and recommending them to everyone. The team did a great job - their cheerfulness and delight in helping us through a stressful event was excellent - nothing was too much trouble and we can recommend them warmly

A valuer came to give us a quote telling us that floor coverings would be used, mattress covers applied and televisions covered, every care of our possessions taken, all very professional. Not the cheapest but middle of the range. Not the reality. 3 men arrived bang on time 7.30am all our goods were already boxed and dismantled where required. Speed was the essons of the removal men, not care, no covers were used at either property no mattress covers were used in fact the king mattress was dragged across the ground and had to be cleaned, the tv we later found out was put in the drivers cab. The stacking of our goods when arriving at our new property was something to be desired as they had moved and the door could not be opened. Luckily apart from a dirty mattress and slight damage to a wooden chair everthing arrived okay and took 4 hours but I would not use them again. Read more

The customer service was very good. They accepted our change of address numerous times without issue.Chris came and valued our move. He was confident bordering on over confident that some may find intimidating but gave a reasonable price.The the first day of the 2 day move went well. The 3 movers on the day were respectful, cheery and careful workers who went about their work with smiles. I cannot recommend these guys enough, keep it up. The issue arrose on the second day. Unknown to myself, 3 hours had been allocated to the job. The house we moved into was at the end of a 50 meter path that had steps so the job ran over. The movers got a call from head office pulling 1 van off the job, the van had to be emptied at the rush and left. I had 2 oak wardrobes, an American fridge freezer and my wedding album left on the pavement in the rain. This is unacceptable. The remaining 2 movers tried their best to help and we moved the reamaing furniture to local storage as we did not have room in the house.To summarise overall it was a good experience sullied by a poor call from head office. I would recommend a more thorough check of reciving property is carried out to allocate time. Read more

First class. Very punctual, nothing was too much trouble, really friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Really quick. No time to think. Scraches everywhere. I did say "just put the furniture in" but they really push everything. They put everything everywhere. I have lots of things that suppose to go in the house and other in the shed. They was really in rush and they didn't give me time to think. They still have a key from my house because of the rushing. The day started off frustrating as the team were a both 1.5hrs late. This meant that we had to fully push to get everything done. But once they got here they were very good and everyone was helpful and worked hard until we stopped. Very good service although because of the job prior to mine the appointment was late

We got quotes from few companies and chose Tigers removals for our house move. They were not the cheapest nor very expensive. We were looking for quality service which I am happy to say that we received great service from them. Very prompt in replying to emails and messages. On the day of the move I think one person became unavailable but they still managed to get 3 people and a large 7.5 ton truck as promised. 2 of them turned an hour late but all three men Steve, Scott and Gav were excellent, polite and very professional. They took a lot of care in packing all goods and disassembling furniture. It took longer for the move due to the volume of things that had to be moved. It was raining throughout the day still they managed to move everything without any damages. Even after the 10 hours move the 3 guys were still smiling and talking. So so rubbish told them what was going in the van n they forgot 2x living room chairs 1 side garden table plants n when I got to the new address there was 1 broken large mirror crystal glasses broken I labelled every box where to go n they was just dumped.. my garden big table glass was just left on the side I've rang the manager he said when they have time they will fetch plants n chairs also garden table well the 1050pounds I think it's disgusting the way they have treated me.
