    We had a discount price from Tip Top company. The day of moving was suppose to be @ 9am, 2 removal van with 4 people, - they did not turned up until 09.30 without notifying us. After several call from us, Hassan called us back telling us unfortunately there are no removal van available and he is trying to find and hire vans. - 1030, after 1 hour, 2 young boy turned up with no proper tools and still awaiting for van. We asked them to dismantle beds while waiting but they said they did not have any tools to do so thus need to wait for the van. - 11am another man turned up with one van waiting for another man to arrive with tools. We had to borrow tools from our neigbour, - 12 midday, they started to remove stuff to the van (up to here with 3 hours delay while we promised the new house owner to give the keys to them by 2pm. - 2pm one van moved to our new place and waiting for them to come back for the second time. - 4pm they finished the job but said they cant move the piano as they did not have the proper base where as we asked Hassan and he said no problem. My nephew and son involved and moved the piano and finally by 7pm all stuff was in our new flat.

    They arrived late, and didn't estimate properly how long it would take or how many vehicles were needed, even though someone came to the house and viewed what we had to move. We had to wait Two additional days to get our positions and for the furniture to be set up.Not pleased.
