Review:Marks communication was excellent fro the beginning. he was extremely accommodating, and adjusted our booking when our move got pushed back several times. on the day, he kept me up to date on his arrival time and then safely loaded our belongings. he worked very hard to ensure our move was completed on the day as promised, despite traffic and being able to use one van (due to circumstances beyond control). i wouldn't hesitate to use Uk Furniture Removals again.

Review:I would highly recomend these guys and would not hesitate to use them again. They coordinated with us to have everything moved from storage in cornwall to near london and they made the whole process very easy and simple. They brought everything up to our 3rd floor flat and everything arrived undamaged. Good communication and friendly!

Review:Mark and simon arrived on time on moving day quickly got to work even with difficult access to house narrow stairs and the fact a corner sofa had to be lowered out of 1st floor window my move went very well indeed no breakages everything placed in rooms i wanted my items in would reccomend to anyone

Review:Initially, Mark seemed attentive and professional when he gave me the quote over the phone. After what he described as a "detailed" conversation, I was told that a large Luton van would be suitable for my house removal. However, on moving day it was soon clear that my possessions would not fit in the van that they had brought. Adding to the stress of moving day, I was made to feel like this was my fault, despite the supposed expert assuring me this van would be suitable. As a result, I was told that I would have to pay an extra 1,000 on top of the quote for 2 trips. Be aware that Mark's claim of "no hidden charges ", is evidently not true as we found out the hard way. After some haggling, they finally settled on an EXTRA 550 to complete my move. This whole experience was intimidating. Due to Mark's underestimate or incompetence, the move took 3 days causing severe inconvenience. On day 3, Mark demanded the payment was transferred immediately without any sign of an invoice or receipt. Whilst unboxing, my son realised his monitor had been dented severely. When I tried contacting Mark about this, I received intimidating emails and was told the load wasn't insured anyway.

Your account of what happened is completely untrue. You led me to belive you did not have many possesions claiming you had sold majority of furniture from a small 3 bed bungalow you told us 1 bedroom was empty you also told us your garage was empty none of which were the case. You were asked if a luton van was big enough as what you described would have fit in a luton van with room to spare as a result of this we informed you prior to starting that it was not going to fit and we informed you no other vehicle was available at that time. We offered to do an extra trip bearing in mind the distance was near 400 miles each way per trip. We worked tirelessly and did 2 loads from st agnes to bradford a total of 1600 miles in 48 hours what we charged was fair £2400 as for the monitor we never had any 27inch in van we had 2 very small tvs and one largePlymouth
