Review:I was quoted 375 for a five hour move based on the information I provided. This was very competitive so I chose this company. The movers arrived half-an-hour late. The two people they sent for a three bedroom house move did a relatively good job though I discovered after they had gone that they had damaged three pieces of furniture and not told me. They also waited another half an hour when they arrived at the new property as they had been given the wrong contact details. When they had finished the boss came on the phone and tried to charge me 595 because it had taken five hours. I said that was what he quoted and he argued until I read out his quotation then he said it was a mistake. I agreed to pay 475 as a compromise in the end but beware of this company inflating the charges by sending just two removal people and finding ways to delay things then demanding more money. The two guys themselves worked hard and were polite and helpful, though as stated above they damaged furniture without disclosing this to me before they left. Wouldnt use again.

Firstly, Am glad that you were happy about our service and the lads did a very good job for you as you mentioned on the phone. We clearly stated in an email detailing our price structure which is £375 for 4 hrs and £95 per hour after the 4th hour. And our time starts when we start the move and until we finish. Though we were late but we never charge you for that. We move you from 3 bed house and spend 6 and 30 hours with you on the day and still collected a payment of just £475. The lads did not even take a 5 mins break on the day and when they got to the new address , they couldn't find your address straight away as we got your Land line on the Job sheet. However, We are very reasonable, experienced and hardworking company but we find it a bit difficult when customers don't want to pay for our service. Review:The lads arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly and quickly got stuck in, even disassembling one item that proved to be too much of a challenge to move, and then reassembled it in the new property. Overall a very positive experience on what generally is a very stressful experience.
