Hi Javier, Thanks for your feedback. Your move had a shed which required a builder to dismantle the base and other parts. Which our guys still managed to do, We agree it was stressful but a lot of information wasn't clearly provided to us from the beginning of your move regarding shed. Our guys tried their best and yet went out of their way to move your stuff safely no items were damaged during your move and your shed was fully moved. The service was again provided at a 50 percent discount for the next day to move remaining parts of shed which required a bigger truck which we thought you was happy with.However thanks for your kind words and all the best with your new property.Thanks Volume Moves
